Taking Sylvie for her first jabs today, they are done at my normal docs on thursdays but going to the sister surgery a 45 min walk away we were out all day yesterday - long day visiting friends 2 hours away so I am a bit sleepy today. Sylvie slept from 10pm-5.30 so that was good. If this carries on I'll move her into her room sooner than planned.

I think today will be the third day I miss the postman with a parcel for me. I am expecting books from amazon and 2 parcels for lo's with various purchases inside. Easiest for me to get them redirected to local post office but it takes 2 days and I am impatient!

Just got back from Blackberry Farm. www.blackberry-farm.co.ukhere I am sooooo knackered from being outside all morning! Eah - hope you have as much fun as we did - but...Take wellies, and be prepared for lots of wasps. Plus, depending on how 'anal' you are about handwashing, some kind of sterilising hand wash stuff maybe good too. You can feed all the animals, and I am not sure how much germs the hot water and standard soap got off before the picnic!

We're meant to be going for a BBQ at IL's later (my Mum and DAd going as well) but its really really raining

Oh and finishing off filling party bags (and grrr that I am still waiting for 7 replies so have made them party bags as doubt I'll hear from them until the day of the party when they either do or don't turn up)

Some people are v rude; mind you, we're hopelessly disorganised and managed to tell someone ds1 couldn't come to their son's b'day party....the week after the party Misread the date on the invite. Useless. What's going in the bags?

Oh I know these people and they are the ones that never reply either do or don't turn up (eddas had the same problem at her dd's party)

I have decided to stay away from tat and bought ceramic money boxes we have:-

pink pigs, black and white cows, red, yellow or white ducks and cars (not many as they were sold out but enough for the 4 car obsessed boys)

They were £1.50 each but because I needed 33 I bargained them down to £40 for the lot, so they get a money box, bag of jelly sweets and piece of cake

I may go and take some photos of them later as they are very cute

Sounds great! Better than the tat they normally get! Don't really look forward to years of kids' birthday parties...

Evening ladies, nothing much to report here.

I'd slowly going insane with the kids all being att home. Ds1 has been AWFUL.
I'm at teh end of my tether with him (again) TBH.
I just don't know what to do with him or how to parent him.

His attitude is out of this world and I can only imagine its going to get worse.

ds2 and 3 are absolutley fine though.

God knwos where I went wrong with ds1.

DH went back to work today afyer having 25 day off.
I was dreading it TBH.
I wish it was me going out to work......

Dh was very sweet yesterday though.
I tried all of Ds3s school uniform on as he starts full time in sept anmd DH cried.
I was really surprised.
James did look very proud and pleaased with himslef and it was very sweet to see.
DH just welled up.....bless him.
