thought this appropriate given the thread elkie linked to

one of the connections under the sink went and water was pouring out I think we caught it pretty quickly as there was loads of water but because it was coming out so fast there would have been loads in a short time.

DH turned of the mains pretty sharpish and then we mopped it all up.

DH has fixed the leak but now the pressure is rubbish so he's called his mate(a plumber) to see if he knows what could be wrong.

when will it end?

Those are very nice! I have added 2 x spotty dresses and that fizzy spot top to my shopping basket, but may not actually order them as we're about to go away for 2 weeks and they would undoubtedly arrive in the meantime . . .

Whoop! My DH is banging and there's a man inside my oven.

Don't know if you remember me saying a few months ago that my cousins wife had cancer.Have just received letter from my mum to say she has died.Too feckin young.
