yay dh says no more match of the day til next season

evening all and happy bank holiday. now i am back to work - the weekends with C are even more precious!

pisha - fab photos! your brood and yourself are lovely and look so --- healthy!

gmm & C's birthday was fab. the 3 of them (her dp included!) all looked tanned and happy. gmm - you are looking great! loads of buzz around and her mum was a star! i was v v v impressed at the mountain of food and made a headway through it. there was brownies to die for. a fab birthday cake and i got 2 pieces to bring home. sampled one before dp came back and then lied that there was only 1 piece so i could get half of it. greedy pig but it was yum!
great to see lucewheel and her clan. what sweet kids you have! also meant to say how great you are looking too - the scottish air must be agreeing with you!
ellesbelles and her lovely dp and lovely dd were there too. as nice as always to see them too!
and of course vio. well - what can i say. it is so nice to see her and dh so happy. it is really great news and made all the nicer for actually seeing them!

sorry i havent done personals for more of you. finding it hard to post and not just lurk!

N just been sick again he reaslly doesn't like being sick (think this is only his 3rd or 4th time ever) so every time I ask him if he gonna be sick he says no cos he didn't want to be! Also - and SOL may not want to read this! - he tries to swallow it back down again if he can

Ange, good to see you. I don't think it's worth talking to nursery, whenever I have attempted to raise anything they are vague and gushing. We're definitely looking into moving him.
Well, we've had a dreadful night. Nappy changing at 12.30, 4 and 6.30. PLus he seems to be getting hot again, infection coming back.

plus he's got a cough and hoarse voice so maybe infection is on his chest? hmmmmmmmmm
Another one for the doctor to dismiss.

hey ladies, sounds like there is definately a bug going round. So many poorly people. After posting last night, i went to bed, didnt get very far, spent 12 hours back and forwards to the bathroom with d+v. Hopefully i'm over it, havent been since 7 but i am utterly and totally exhausted. Couldnt even keep water down. Although a have managed to loose 4lb... So thats me past 2 stone since jan!

sorry I haven't been here over the last few days and I haven't got time now to catch up properly - moving house is a bit scary!
It's all going really well though and we went to look at our new house yesterday. We all loved it even more this time and I can't wait till Wednesday (apart from the packing ) Anyway I think my internet will be disappearing on Tuesday and who knows when I'll get it back.....I'll text Dippy with an update if that's ok?

SPB, has your GP thought of referring T to check for stuff like coeliac disease? It's all been going on so long that maybe seeing a paediatrician wouldn't be a bad idea.

IKWYM about nurseries, have had several run ins with ours doing bloody stupid things like feeding whole grapes to toddlers etc.

Izzy has been off colour for a few days, nothing specific, just not sleeping well, very whingy and unhappy, so not like her. She woke about 11pm last night and I was soon made aware of the reason why. She has another ear infection and perforated ear drum

re nurseries - Have to say, the one the boys is fab. Nothing is ever too much trouble. there are one or two staff I'm not too fussed on, but think its more of a personality thing. And the boys love them

well Done on the weight loss GM - that is a real acheievment. Very easy to say, but not so easy to do iykwim

Molly v. unhappy today and all of last night. i am tired, and got a lot to do, as dc are back to school tomorrow, the little ones are off to my parents all day, and we have James's appeal. All of you think of me at 12.30 tomorrow I don't hold out much hope, but we will give it our best shot! Not looking forward to it though.

My house is a mess, as M won't let me put her down, and i have got a lot to do and I know I am being grumpy, but I can't help it! Plus it's that time of the month again it is a nasty shock after having no periods since March 2005, to suddenly be regular as clockwork!

bet you really wanted to know that!
