Frizbe · 26/06/2008 21:57

6am, shiver, ungodly hour.

Am avoiding the ironing here, so popped onto see you all! that and I've not had time all week, gah life.

MRM you are a domestic goddess those tarts sound lovely Hope you and Jas had fun together today, hope you've been to Dr's re the cystitis thing as well, not fun.

Flame {{{hugs}} for the cramps, yay for the potty training.

EPPM glad scan good, and yay for getting another one again soon, agree with Jas's thinking of better to get dates right now

CSWS glad you having a good hols, the bedtime things a pain, when you want a night to yourselves eh Hope she exhausts herself in the bar and sleeps like a very sleepy dd who needs a lot of rest.

So MRM you need me to weigh myself again eh, ok will use it as an excuse to go to gym tomorrow am (and skive half hour off work 1st thing, if I go at 8.30 once kids at nursery, as should start work at 9am!) this is provided dd2 is better as has had trots today, again, she had it last week, cleared up, gave it to dh who just had bad tummy cramps mon-wed, now she has it again, sigh.......prob shouldn't be going to nursery tomorrow, but she's ok in herself, just very windy, trumpy, messy in places you get the picture (she is making it to the toilet, but its not quite right)ok TMI sorry!

EachPeachPearMum · 26/06/2008 22:03

Where are y'all?
we are off tomorrow for 2 weeks in Menorca!
Booked last minute, and v excited- dd can barely sleep- she is beside herself.
Am still packing of course, so don't think I dare come back on here tonight!

Hope you're all well!

Dame- hope baby is doing well, and you're resting enough

mrm- hope that cystitis clears up soon

csws- hope france was great

Flame- hope pains go soon

Jas- hope you had fun with mrm today (and ate all her cakes )

Phoenix, Frizbe, Chloe, CS, etc- hello wherever you are!

Jas · 26/06/2008 22:25

Have a lovely time EPPM

The cakes looked great, but weren't for me! All wrapped up ready to take to nursery for their sale.

mrm - Thanks for a lovely morning. DD1 was very pleased to get her cardi back

I didn't get the car seat I was intending to buy, due to the extra trip back to your house but I'm going to try tomorrow, inbetween toddler group and the weekly shop and my parents visiting.

for poor dd2 Fribe (missing letter was broken off my keyboard by ds this week, sorry)
Flameboy is similar (I saw a thread of hers this morning) but is temporarily back in nappies.

Frizbe · 26/06/2008 22:28

Oh no poor Flame, looks like that maybe what Flames stomach cramps were for???? tis orrible bug thanks for the info. dd2 in nappy today and tonight, just in case!!

EPPM have a lovely time, hope the weather is good for you

EachPeachPearMum · 26/06/2008 22:38

Jas - Just remembered, haven't got a book to send on in the book circle because andyrobo hasn't me one, and can't find the thread atm.

mustrunmore · 27/06/2008 16:56

Sorry bout the extra trip Jas

So, went to the docs. Antibiotics, and she said take canestan too, just incase its stsrting off lots of other grim things like thrush (dont know how one can cause the other, but there you go), so my purse is £14.09 lighter Ver interesting doing that appointment with both the boys! Ds1 was very interested to see a dead fish in the tank tho, and didint at all believe the receptionist when she took him to flush it down the loo to go to fish heaven Happy on the wy home tho, as he found a toy wheelbarrow by the bin on the main road!

Friz, is it very bad to secretly want you to have put on a stone so I look better?!

mustrunmore · 27/06/2008 16:57

Oooo, and the foosd situation (Jas) is relived because I sold 4 fuzzis this morn, there's a cheque on the way for 2 more and 2 inserts, and potentially sold all the reamininig inserts and 2 packets of liners

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/06/2008 18:16

We're back!
Hopefully on properly later.

Flamesparrow · 27/06/2008 19:14

for your girly bits MRM

Did I have stomach cramps? I had period pains, I remember that.

DS is now pooing proper, but DH has D&V, and DD has just started in on the V. Joy.

OP posts:
Flamesparrow · 27/06/2008 19:15

Oh, good stuff though - day 7 of pants, and he finished the day in the same pair he started off in

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 27/06/2008 19:43

at the wee and poo. Mind you, ds2 has had som good days. Now reduced to bribery with smarties!

Tis treadmill night in the mrm house; dh had his go, I've done half of mine (20min hill run so need to do another 20 mins something else)... and now ds2 is having a go He's done 4 mins at speed 1.0/inc 1

Flamesparrow · 27/06/2008 20:12

methinks that is more than I would manage

Tis just luck that he was completely ready with the potty training - he has been being a little sod with nappies for months, then on Saturday he suddenly twigged when it was gonna happen.

OP posts:
Frizbe · 27/06/2008 20:21

that ds has got it Flame

at treadmill night MRM. Yes it is bad I do not want or need to put on a stone
OK I just weighed myself on our bathroom scales for you, which I dug out of the loft, courtesy of dh's mum legacy, just so you can compare (was too busy at work today to make gym, sigh) I weigh, drum roll please ladies........11st 5lbs (I think that's two lbs lighter than last time isn't it?) argh you see now you've gotten me watching my weight....

CSWS was the journey back ok?

DD2 still got exploding bottom here hope mum is still ok having her over tomorow night....dh and I should be getting a night out together! ok with 10 our friends

mustrunmore · 27/06/2008 20:44

Was that naked or clothed weighing?!

Frizbe · 27/06/2008 21:05

Clothed! Jeans and a T-Shirt!

Jas · 27/06/2008 22:42

Yay for sold nappies, and more food mrm!
Glad you went to the drs, too. ABs kill everything, not just the bug causing a problem, and leave you susceptable to thrush

Glad ds is better, Flame.

We are not attempting potty training but ds has discovered the toilet seat (small one with handles that goes into regular one) and now sits on before his bath, says poo, wipes himself and flushes....now all we need is something more than paprer in the toilet!

Welcome back csws

EPPM-I know you aren't here, but I will pass on the message for book club

I go ds' new car seat today, so all jobs for the week can be tickd off list.

Am rediculously excirted at going to help at Brownies jumble sale tomorrow....I'm hoping for major bargains

Jas · 27/06/2008 22:42

Sorry about truly shocking spelling there

mustrunmore · 28/06/2008 08:35

I can understand the excitement Jas No bargains for me at the dchool fayre as I'm on a stall the whole toime

Just done my 5km this morn in 30 imns 30 secs; why couldnt Ido that on race day?

Phoenix · 28/06/2008 17:56

Hello

Does anyone want a boys stripey t shirt? It's age 3-4 still with tags on, never worn. Someone bought it for ds but i'd already bought him the same one in same size and never got round to taking this one back. There's a pic on my profile. Let me know

Flamesparrow · 28/06/2008 18:11

I will if no-one else does

Run - lack of untreated cystitis, and actual proper conditions rather than at home on machine = different time Don't make me come up there and shake you!

How was the jumble sale? I'm still trying to contact anyone who runs rainbows round here - left a pile of messages but no-one calls back

We have done school fete and are now on sugar and crap hell. Argh.

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 28/06/2008 18:56

Er, no. This morning was in thr real world too, not on the treadmill! Tell you what tho, am so glad I ran this morn, as there's no way in hell I can run after 8.5 hours at the school fayre in heels
Made about £170 on my cake stall Made me realise how much I miss retail and management. I want a job!
And, someone won 5 tickets for soft play but didnt want them, so gave them to us
And, I got a playmobil bin truck for 50p

Flamesparrow · 28/06/2008 19:01

wow

about your run, but the untreated cystitis still stands!

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 28/06/2008 19:02

And we are on sugar hell too!!

mustrunmore · 28/06/2008 19:04

I will concede that the mix of cystitis and pmt/bloating didi nt help.
