Right
Today I managed 20 min run, 3 min grappler (rope climb thingy), 20 min xtrainer, 15 min bike.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 15/04/2008 20:49

I failed to do my pilates because we were arguing about tea and the easiest way to end it seemed to be to make it myself

Riallyclean · 15/04/2008 21:27

I sold my treadmill, for 50p more than I bought it for two years ago. (I think the buyer was bidding against me on the LTT).

We walked the school run today, came home the long 25 minute way first thing, then I walked there and back at lunch (10 mins either way?)

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 16/04/2008 05:52

The drinks are on Ria!!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 16/04/2008 15:36

3 brisk miles + 1 gentle one

Riallyclean · 16/04/2008 18:18

Good on your jammy - no exercise here

Sputnik · 16/04/2008 20:36

I haven't done anything since monday either, feeling really tired. Still, tomorrow is another day.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 16/04/2008 21:34

Well tomorrow is an official rest day, so you can all make me feel guilty

DKMA · 16/04/2008 21:40

20 mins xtrainer, 10 min row, 15 min wave, 6 min grappler, 10 min run. Plus free weights for arms and horrible ab crunches using the exercise ball between my ankles, followed by stretches

By the way

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 17/04/2008 09:52

DKMA you put us all to shame

Riallyclean · 17/04/2008 15:42

half hour walk this morning, can't beboehred to work out how far.

I'm off to collect the thigh trainer later.

Riallyclean · 17/04/2008 19:32

just under 2 miles. That's a bit disappointing.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 17/04/2008 19:42

I'd say that between 1.5 and 2 miles in half an hour is fine Ria.

Riallyclean · 17/04/2008 21:34

I'd always thought that route would be further that's all. I'm happy with it really, it's just finding out the "actual" distance of routes I've always thought of as "long" iyswim.

Thanks though jammy

Riallyclean · 17/04/2008 21:36

I - just - managed 5 mins on my new toy, and some core exercises. I will be aiming to build up my times I think, I feel a bit wobbly on it cos there's nothing to hold on to.

DKMA · 18/04/2008 19:21

20 mins run, 15 min row, 15 min xtrainer, 10 min wave machine and stretches!
Now fitting into a size 12 trouser suit with minimum muffin toppage!

Well done Ria! I used one of those jobbies - found it really good (very similar to the wave machine I use in the gym!)

Riallyclean · 18/04/2008 22:11

WOOHOO for DKMA

No exercise here - except for work!

Riallyclean · 19/04/2008 21:12

Q. Why are married women heavier than single women?
A. Single women come home, see what's in the fridge
And go to bed. Married women come home, see what's in
Bed and go to the fridge

Sputnik · 21/04/2008 13:13

LOL Ria

Ok, feeling better than last week so, inspired by DKMA, I managed to exercise a bit at the weekend (don't normally), and got a good workout in this morning. I may go and run round some more steps in a bit.

DKMA · 21/04/2008 19:42

Ok
20 min xtrainer, 10 min rower, 10 min grappler, 10 min wave, 10 min bike. 3 sets of 10 on the abcruncher (yeowch) and stretching

Riallyclean · 21/04/2008 20:21

Just work today. I can't move now let alone exercise.

Sputnik · 24/04/2008 10:00

Well, only managed 10 minutes of exercise yesterday, due to DDbeing at home/whingy baby. Am about to embark on marathon abs session.

Ria, how's it going with the thigh trainer?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 06/05/2008 11:06

Well, I've just had 2 weeks or so of inactivity due to illness which slumped into inertia What's everyone else's excuse?

BUT I broke the spell today and went for a six mile walk this morning. Had a lovely time too

RiaButterflew · 09/05/2008 14:55

Thanks Jammy
