Hi ladies, just spent a while catching up on the thread… it’s so nice.. I miss it!!

I started worrying when some of you were talking about the long stints of sleep your little ones are having! Jesse sleeps for a max of 4-5 hours but he feeds then goes back easily enough thankfully.

About tummy time, I usually put his arms together and prop him up on the nursing pillow, knees kind of bent behind him and he seems to enjoy that more than flat on the ground.

Is anyone else getting really emotional about how much they love their baby? I just love him so much and it makes me cry! I also keep thinking about the birth as it was a bit of an emergency at the end and I get anxious about what could have happened but know it’s silly as he’s in my arms!!

Does anyone post pics of their babies on here or the Facebook group? Would be nice to put a face to the name as we’ve all been hearing about them since still in the womb ❤️

Was anyone elses baby a bit under the weather for a few days after the 2 month vaccinations. Reading online it says should only last a day or 2. My little one has no temperature but still a bit off his bottle and very cranky. Anyone have anything similar

@Kirky658 you are doing your best for your baby & that means you are a fantastic mother. All babies need is love & from reading your posts you have that in abundance for your baby.

@CherLW, I'll try that way of doing tummy time! She loves being flat on her tummy now but I'm wanting to try other ways to help her develop her head control.

Yes I also get emotional about how much I love my little one! I tell her lots and can't believe she is here. The weeks are just passing so quickly. 12 weeks today!

I would definitely think about posting a photo as I did when she was newborn. I usually only post to family and friends but i agree it would be nice to put faces to names as we've been on this journey together.

Lovely present ideas @Scotti84! I ended up finding some things and now have a couple more on her list as I'm finding ideas as I look around online! 🤣 Getting some that are for a few months but got a tummy time toy that was recommended on a different thread... ended up giving it to her yesterday as I wanted to make tummy time more fun and she loves it! It's so nice to see them looking so intently at things and smiling. Can't wait for the first laugh/giggle!

@AdventuresAwait its a great way and he loves looking about. I just tuck his arms under his chest and he just lowers his head when he’s had enough.

Jesse is 3 months tomorrow!! I can not believe it!! It’s gone so so quick! I just love him so much! I tell him all the time!

@Newmum110 yes Billie was under the weather for about four days really I think, she was very grizzly and out of sorts! Just lots of cuddles and rest helped, hope your little one feels better soon.

@CherLW I put pics of Billie on the fb group if you’re on it? Jesse is super duper cute!! I get overwhelmed with how much I love her too! Especially with the little Arthur in the news at the moment I just give her so many squishes.

@unicornpower I don’t have Facebook, I deactivated it about a year ago and I fear going back as I spend so much time just looking for no reason.

We love it. The music is nice and it has a simple light but it keeps her so engaged. There is an option for sounds when the toy is touched as well as one with music playing continuously.
