29/6/21 - THATbasicSNOWFLAKE - DC6 - Boy - 8lb12oz

My DS isn't really saying anything yet so she'd have no luck with him! They won't understand what she is on about at this stage, so it feels all for show on her part. I'd just ignore her. Your DD likely will. 😂

My little girl had started saying a few words now that I know she understands but I wouldn’t expect people to tell her to use her words at 11 months old 🤣 like @Mummy2O says your little one won’t have a clue anyway but it does seem a bit strange!

Also how the hell are our babies turning one!! Please slow down time!!

@TiredAlreadyOhDear I know!! It is going too fast. I am not ready to have a 1 year old yet.

Is anyone doing a cake smash photo?

@Mummy2O i don’t think we are but only as my little girl isn’t really a fan of mess - I don’t think she’d actually smash the cake haha! Are you? What date was your LO born? My daughter turns one on the 12th July

@TiredAlreadyOhDear I think so. We did one at home for my eldest and it was a lot of fun (the clean up after less so). 14th July for my LB. It is coming round so quickly.
