I forgot to share the one and only pic that mrm or I took at Warwick Castle.

Jas - I could do with seeing you before Christmas. Got a little pressie for the dd's to say thanks for the dolls, but it's a bit heavier than I was thinking!

UniS · 30/11/2007 17:04

hope you all have a nice meet up. I shall be playing unicycle hockey on saturday - Hurrah.
Just hope I feel a bit less c*ap tomorrow, was up being sick in the night, was V rough this morn, think is a tummy bug, boy OK so far.Boy watched FAR to much Cbbies this morning he was square eyed, sitting on the steering wheel of his little tikes car with his feet up on teh spoiler and mum slumped on teh sofa feeling to sorry for herself to insist he sat properly.

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 17:24

Dum de dum....

So... Wednesday - corset top

Thursday... Trousers, waistcoat and some sort of top.

Final decision... Going for a rock chick type look

Oh, and a lovely letter from benefits saying we are losing £60 a month from now on, and we have been overpaid, so starting the end of December (they are letting us get through christmas ) we are losing an extra £40 a month on top of that.

Joy.

Nevermind, had a few months of not worrying and obsessively budgeting!

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 17:25

Unicycle HOCKEY?!?!

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 19:37

I've just found posts from teuch with today's date . Have asked her to pop over and say hello.

EachPeachPearMum · 30/11/2007 20:32

Hope you all have fun tomorrow! am very

teuch · 30/11/2007 20:39

yes, it is true!!

So now I am going off to skim the thread and catch up on everone...

I will be back!

Jas · 30/11/2007 20:54

Hello teuch. Welcome back.

I know the top you mean mrm, but I wear it everywhere. I bought black velvet in the charity shop today. I have told dp I will be leaving earlyto come and try on clothes so hopefully at yours by 6 at the absolute latest (aiming for 5 but never get off on time.)

mrm. Money for nappies. I was going to say give it to Flame for me to buy xl size wraps for Boy, as I am giving up on nice nappies, and going back to reliable.

We did the parade. In torrential rain. I had to put mums trousers in the tumble dryer for her to go home. DD2 is happy she did it though, and lots of people turned out for it despite the weather.

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 21:01

Ok. Then one of you, or someone else entirely, needs to remind me that the cash is for Boy's bottom not for me to buy drinks and get hammered I'm def nursing one drink all night! We were so chuffed when dh realised he'd got £40 of brownie points this year at work (can get nominated every time he does something good!) which can be given as any voucher h asks for eg tescos. The nmy friend told me her dh had £450 of John Lewis vouchers from his boss

I dont weant to wear mt brown dress. I want to wear something flattering and sexy. Which means I need to lose 3 stone by tomroow night

EachPeachPearMum · 30/11/2007 21:05

mrm- are you LW in facebook?
you are gorgeous! No-one will notice what you're wearing past that beautiful hair...

Jas · 30/11/2007 21:11

We've all tried to tell her EPPM.She doesn't see the ssame thing we do

You can borrow my nice top if you want mrm. It would look great with norks and I reckon it would fit you too.

Jas · 30/11/2007 21:11

I can't drink at all, cos I have to drive home.

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 21:27

I can drink, as dh is going to drop me at station, and I'll (hopefully!) get a cab back again.

teuch - lots of us have had name changes since you last posted, but you'll know all of us I think except macca, EPPM, CS, UniS and JoFan.
(I was Tabs).

Come on then - give us your update! How is life in your deserted island farm (have I got that right? )?

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 21:38

EPPM, thanks IIRC, Tabs' comment on that photo was something about 'could've brushed your hair first' But remember that the photos on facebook are small whewn you see them listed. so that hides alot.Plus I've put alot of weight back on since the summer

Jas , I'd love to borrow the tp. But I doubt it would fit (would show the belly too much even id the chest fitted), I have nothing to go on the bottom half with it, and I'd be soooo scared of ripping it or spilling wine down it or something! I know the dress I wan to wear; usd to look v gd in it. Now it would be very good on Flame!

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 21:49

Flame's all sorted though

I did a stats cull a while back (and then people kept rudely popping up after I removed em), but there was no way I could remove the first baby!!!

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 21:52

I swear you only say you look hideous so we all compliment you now. You know the truth really and just want the attention

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 21:58

Another quick book question - is Hairy Maclary good for our (dc) age group?

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 21:58

Did you sort your tights mrm?

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 22:00

Not a clue, never read it/em

Did you work out what number 4 was MRM?

EachPeachPearMum · 30/11/2007 22:00

Hairy Maclary is the biz!
and Slinky Malinki etc- dd is addicted. We read HM EVERY night before bed

EachPeachPearMum · 30/11/2007 22:04

She even stopped asking for EPPP at the moment, but we cannot miss HM!

Frizbe · 30/11/2007 22:19

Teuch ello!

Phoenix, those spanx do work a treat I find have a great night out tomorrow hon

Chloe {{{hugs}}} for your probs with dh hon, glad the air is clear now though, onwards and upwards

CSWS, Jas, MRM, Flame and anyone else whose going, have a great night out tomorrow I was going to be on here on my own, however cinderella has been invited to the ball too and thus shall be going out in Nottm, rather than London for the night (dh driving much to his disgust, well actually its all to his disgust, as its my very old mates, who he tollerates, well the male ones anyway, he likes the girls, but not the blokes, a long story....)

So sorry I've not been about much this week but mad busy.

Jas to answer your question the Ranger, is a Power Ranger, ss has gotten dd1 into them the pink one is much coveted amongst girls and harder to get hold of, as most places buy in the mix with the Red ranger (Red, Green and Yellow)

You'll all be very pleased to note that dd2 has been no where near a toilet since, and in fact woke me up yesterday am, covered in poo as she'd just done one, and came into show me by waving her pooey hand in my face, prior to attempting to eat it After I stuck her in the bath to wash it off, I doubt she'll be doing that again in a hurry.....she wasn't impressed.

Am also attempting to night train dd1 again at the mo, 3 out of 5 nights dry so far, fingers x'd she's ok tonight? We went rollerskating earlier at the local leisure centre, dd1 is slowly getting the hang of the skating on her Dora skates, dd2 was a bit sulky as she has no skates and wanted some.....the older girls thought they were both very cute tho (esp as dd1 was in her fairy dress too!)

Ok sorry for the essay!

Flame good luck at the dr's next week with dd1 hope it puts your mind to rest.

Dame, hope things are ok with you?

Macca have you finished your course yet?

Frizbe · 30/11/2007 22:20

slinky malinky here is great, dd2 not so fussed about hairy mclairy....

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 22:27

Np idea what number 4 was.
Got tights from boots, will try on in the morn, and if no good, friend is bringing a selection round! Am also trying to fit in a trip to the farmers market before Flame arrives. There's something I want from the nuns. Apparently I'll be back by 11.15am, but thats with a very tardy friend! And thats also assunimg I've managed to clean and tidy and put bedsheets on before I go! And been to get travelcards.

csws, is the Jasdd's pressie what I thibnk it is? if so!

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 22:30

Ah, light dawns. Number 4 is remimnd to me to take a cameas this year!

csws, that photo is cute! Dh said 'I havent seen that before'. Er, no. You havent. BTW, did we ever thank you for ds1's birthday card?
