Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Phoenix · 29/11/2007 22:13

The pants don't completely hold me in (cos lets face it there's a lot to hold in ) more smooth everything iykwim.

Jas · 29/11/2007 22:18

I'll just go with black layers unless mrm has somehing better /that fits then.

Women are meant to have curves Phoenix. I always feel like a freak for not having them. (Smooth is better than lumpy though!)

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/11/2007 22:29

Hello - here at last . Have been on photobox all night trying to sort out photos for MIL, plus design Christmas cards and order a few pressies. Dull but necessary!

Why such a bad mood Jas? Have I forgotten an earlier post (read in fits and starts) or have you not said?

What time is UD planning on getting there flame? Maybe I'll message her on facebook to get her number, as am happy to walk in with her (we chat about breastfeeding/LLL mostly).

I haven't read your style thread flame (and prob won't have time now), but are waistcoats back in again then? I wore them lots when at uni 15 years ago .

Jas · 29/11/2007 22:31

I haven't said csws. There is a limit to the amoun of boring whinging about building work I cn impose on you Suffice to say my friends have taken to knocking on my door asking if there is aything they can do to help as I am permanently on the verge of tears.

I need a night out.

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/11/2007 22:33

Don't think it's actually registered that meet up is 2 days away you know. No idea how dd will cope - she's not quite herself at the moment - quite clingy and easily upset, and still off her food and wanting to feed lots, so just hoping she'll go to bed ok for dh.
Also realised that my shoe needs re-heeling .
And I have no idea whether I'm driving back from station, or organising a cab so that I can have a few drinks.

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/11/2007 22:35

Ah yes. Best not to talk to me about builders, but suffice to say that I am NEVER using this builder again, regardless of how many years FIL has been using him for.

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/11/2007 22:37

Although on a positive building note, the big extension people were round again today, and I'm quite excited about what they might (planning permitting) be doing to our house.

Jas · 29/11/2007 22:41

Shoes. I have none.Do I wear black pointy high heeled boots, or flat black clumpy boots? (Pointy ones are 6 years old, others are 2)

DD won't be your problem
I'm going o have o keepds up all day again. He slept 7-7 las night wih o nap, but had a two hour nap (had to wake him up) anddidn't go to sleep til almost ten.

Isn't there a cab at the staion so you can decide once you are there. If no book one. You can always ring and cancel it if you have a sober night.

I wish I could say I would never be using this biulder again. At least hedoes a good job though.

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/11/2007 22:46

And I doubt he charges you twice as much as he quoted .

Take both shoes to mrm and see which goes best with the final outfit choice!

Flamesparrow · 29/11/2007 23:19

I still picture the extension people as being really tall

I have realised I shot myself in the foot with the new trousers... have to wear heels with em Shame I can't afford to get the shoes I saw today - they would be PERFECT, but already £2 over budget without a top...

Jas · 30/11/2007 08:07

He does take twice as long as he quotes, csws. But he's cheap!

Busy day todayand tomorrow, but I'm crossing everything that the charity shop has a nice t shirt. I haven't the time or money to go anywhere else except he market tomorrow morning.
Toddler group hs mornig, school helping his afternoon. Cavalcade of light (Christmas parade/turning on of lights in the town) this evening. I shold be backonigh I hope though.
Have a good day all.

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 08:43

Grrr - didn't order the cow yet because of you lot and now we've come to do it they've put the price up .

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 08:43

I think the shed has taken slightly over twice as long

Pointy boots.

I'm quite looking forwrd to it now, as I know you anyway, so it qont matter if I dont talk to anyome alse! But I cant help thinking its detracting from my build-up to Mika

Off to return hair clip to Boots today, which brokethe seconnd time I used it

Ther is not a pair of holdy-in knickers in th world which avtually works. Did I really read that as Jas considering?

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 08:49

I hadn't noticed that What do you plan to hold in Jas??? Car keys???

@ build up to Mika. You should be building up to ME. You know Mika will be a shoddy second

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 08:55

Of course I'm building up to you I'm all of a flutter but... MIKA MIKA MIKA MIKA

Hadnt noticed what? Cow price? Why would you notice?

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 09:00

Jas, I was thinking in bed last night; you've got a lovely top that you owre to clown town once, kind os a multi coloured thing with a cross over or ties or something. Cant you wear that? Think it was the time you lost Boy in the kitchen

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 09:07

You are dopey mrm - she hadn't noticed Jas saying she wanted support thingy.

Tis ok, found cow at cheaper price somewhere that I've used before. Is now ordered.

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 09:11

Ah! Well, thats what you get when you've got 2 boys fghting in the same room as you're trying to mn

How much had thw cow gone up to? And is the one you got any cheaper than the original price of the one that went up?

mustrunmoreisntmakingabadge · 30/11/2007 10:32

Flamesparrow · 30/11/2007 11:28

News from Dame: All is well Feeling a bit weird because of all the scares she hasn't done the excited bit yet, and not telling in rl either.

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/11/2007 12:37

Yay for Dame .

I thought you were being funny with your 4 (a la 'has anyone got the number for Boden') .

Cow same price as orig - £51.75. Had gone up to £59.95.

Chloe55 · 30/11/2007 15:52

I have some of those holdallyourfatin pants - They are the hardest thing to squeeze into and it is sooo hard to get them off to pee! I just couldn't be bothered with them anymore!!
