Hi Jbad, I was just looking at Toby's pictures with you and your DH and remembering what a lovely little boy he was. It must be so difficult remembering that flight and I can't imagine how I would feel. It's great that you have kept Toby's memory alive and are focussing on how he made your life so happy when he was here - nothing can change that.
I hope you have a fab party and Toby is with you in spirit. Special little boy.

Hi guys..have been in Cornwall for a week and then doing stuff around the house. Grace and I blew some bubbles on the 1st to remember Toby. I couldn't quite remember when it was and I showed her some of your face book photos of him.

She is so desperate to read at the moment - it is so funny. She keeps saying cwn - what does that say mummy (mind you good practise for me). I can't beleive they are nearly 4 - where does the time go? Mind you her and dd1 keep falling out - it ia driving me mad. It seems to go in spurts of her getting on well with Isabelle and then fighting. I am trying to get her to tidy her room today - all of her clothes are on the floor so her approach ois t put them all on...she has jeans, 2 skirts, 3 t-shirts and 1 cardigon on.

maisiemog · 18/08/2008 00:03

LOL, at Gracie! She is so funny!
Alfie is going back to nursery next week, and will be doing mornings this time, so it will suit me better, rather than lose the whole day with the afternoon slot.
He doesn't seem to know he is going back and doesn't really ask about nursery any more, so I wonder how he will find the return. He will have new teachers, apart from the main teacher who is in all day - she is lovely. I have met one of the new ladies and she is quite sort of hill-walky kind of person, very 'stuff and nonsense', brownie guide. I can't really imagine how Alfie will find her, because he is such a silly boy who is always chatting and being daft.
I know about the birthdays. There will probably be quite a few at the nursery because of the way the intakes work, so having to rack my brains for cheap gift ideas.
What are you doing for Gracie's birthday?
There is a trampoline centre near me, which I might phone, just to see if it is a possibility. And make my own sandwiches.

hiya girls.

im taking Tweenie on the ferry for a day out for her bday but she insisted she wanted a party TOO!...she is a party animal!!

She cant wait to go back to her preschool which will be on the 8th Sept so it will be a juggle with me hoping to gave birth by then by natural as the baby is breech atm so if the baby not turned by this Friday im going in the hospital to get it turned! (shit!! sorry its the only word im thinking atm).

Well im looking after my SD who is 9 as she is here till Friday. So she is playing on the Wii board with tweenie which is giving me a break!! !!

Yes i cant believe Tweenie is nearly 4 too and she cant wait either! as she feels older being 4.

Hope everyone is well?? im ok apart from having all that worry of the placenta was in the way which now moved - hooray!....

So fingers and toes cross for me for Friday (i do really hope it had moved by then - ill be 37 weeks)

Cazzybabs - can't believe you have got an Evie as well as a Grace - how did I miss that.

My Grace is 4 on Sunday and my Evie is 3 in Feb!!!!!!!

DS1 is due on Dec 19th and the frontrunner name at the moment is Freddie - I will keep you informed in case you have a ds.

DC3 is the last one!

Hope everyone is fab - haven't 'spoke' to you for ages - I didn't think this thread was going anymore. Thought it might get resurrected to congrats Biglips though.

geogteach · 04/10/2008 19:03

Congrats to biglips and happy birthday to tweenie and moley. Don't believe she doesn't know its her birthday geog has talked of nothingelse for weeks and there is still 2 weeks to go. his birthday is '16th of knocked over' according to him and dh told him it was a thursday so now he thinks every thursday is his birthday.

cazzybabs · 05/10/2008 12:08

hotmama - I know several people with grace and an a evie - clearly they go together .

This thread sort of potters along really - more and more infrequently....

can't beleive they are going to be 4 - that is so scary.

We are going to get grace a bike for hr birthday - tis all very irrating as we had one for Isabelle but lent it to a friend who we have lost touch with and so can't get it back. She is having her party a week today but 5 people from her class haven't RSVPd yet - it is very rude

KathH · 19/10/2008 21:57

jbadgirl - thinking of you on Toby's birthday xx

jbadgirl · 22/10/2008 20:10

Thank you Kath, cant believe he would have been 4 this year at all. We took a nice 4th Birthday balloon down to him on sunday with some flowers and a card. It was a nice day to remember him x

cazzybabs · 02/11/2008 17:53

i AM SURE HE LOVED THAT

Grace is currently balancing on six cushions pretending they are the Millennium Falcon with her light sabre she got for her birthday.

Bigflameslips · 03/11/2008 23:19

jbad - aww thats sounds lovely with the 4th bday balloon...im sure he was catching it!

how is everyone?? we are fine and dd2 is now 6 weeks old and im so loving it having 2 girls.

Tweenie got weighed today as not been weighed for a year so she is now 3.6 stones! (50.6lb!!) and is ssssoooooo tall too! thinks she is about 110cm or taller now. DD2 is actually abit shorter so poss dont think she is gonna be tall as dd1.

Biglips · 04/11/2008 21:08

photies of the girls on my profile

OP posts:
cazzybabs · 04/11/2008 21:31

biglips - she is beautiful. Your dd1 is very tall isn't she - that is about as tall as my dd1 (who is a short arse).

Gracie is loving the bike we got for her birthday and can now ride it without stablisers

cazzybabs · 11/11/2008 21:01

WOW - a whole thread that has lasted a year...maybe we need a new one that will see us into the start of school....it is scary to think less than a year and they will be big school girls

cazzybabs · 19/11/2008 22:16

mind you at this rate it could still be going by the time they are ready to go to secondary school...

dd2 has been cast the whoopsie a daisy angel in her nursery Xmas play - a part that was written for her if ever I say one

cazzybabs · 15/12/2008 11:36

wonder what all your LOs are getting for Xmas...Grace has asked for a storm trooper hat, a drum, a wand and some dressing up shoes.

How are you getting on Biglips?

cazzybabs · 15/12/2008 11:36

ohh and grace never did get to be the whoopsie daisy angel - she was ill. I was so disap[ointed
