Well i'm not sure if Lewis isn't well or just tired. He's spent the last hour crying and throwing himself around the floor. He holds his arms out to me i pick him up he crys louder, i put him back down he screams, what does he want???

mustrunmore · 24/09/2007 09:17

He's prob in a strop about something thats now long forgotten, but he's too stubborn to cheer up. Not that I can remember being like that or anything.... Or teeth?

Jas, machine sorted... hurrah for Tescos, even if they are taking over the world! Coming saturday, so we can wait in all day. We just have to try and keep as clean as possible this week! And hurrah for my Mum, who is sending us money towards it after her 'well, you'll have it when I'm dead' speech, again So if I sell my p&t, that should make up the difference.

I bought a winter coat for ds1 off a mumsnetter last week; really hoping it arrives today before nursery, as we could do with it!

KelBelle · 24/09/2007 09:27

Morning!!!!

Weather is really bad here too, think I will be staying at home and trying to catch up with housework today!!

Date update: Well we have seen one another every day since last Sunday we are getting on REALLY well and he is lovely. We have taken things to that next stage and have had a lot of fun this week. On Sat he took me into town and bought me a lovely black lacy underwear set and we are going to have lots of fun with those!!! hehehehe.

Ex DH on the other hand really peed me off yesterday, he picked DS up, moaned about state of this, the fact there was a beer in the fridge (I dont drink that much) he also saw my flowers DP sent me so I think he knows I'm seeing someone and is just being a pain in the bum. On a good side he is having DS all night Sat night, I'm a bit nervous as he has never stayed out all night before but I'm going out with DP to take my mind off it.

Flame - sorry to hear about your grandad. Hugs to you hon xxx

My mum spent 8 days in hospital last week too with bad chest infection, dangerously low BP and very dehydrated. She came home Thurs but still weak.

mustrunmore · 24/09/2007 09:35

Every day??!!

KelBelle · 24/09/2007 09:47

Yep Every day!!!! Have been up to naughty things every day too!!! Didnt think I had it in me!! LOL

Flamesparrow · 24/09/2007 09:58

Afternoon everyone,

Kel you're so funny, you sound like a giddy teenager - Glad life is giving you a break.

PG - the room looks great, I love before and after pics.

MRM - I think the cinema sounds like a nightmare but then I guess you know your kids better than anyone else so you can decide if they would cope well with it. I'd go for the joint party purely because all the emphasis is off you to organise everything

Joined a gym today, stepped on the scales the other day and I am back up at the weight I was after just having ds so I have put on a stone in just a few months Also, watched the hol video and was actually at how big I looked compared to a couple of years ago. We were with the whole family but had I not been I would have been in floods of tears

mustrunmore · 24/09/2007 18:51

Chloe, you looked great at csws's that time, so I dont know what you're whinging about really!

What a bonus; someone wants to come and get my broken washing machine tonight, so I can cancel Tescos £5 removal cost I put it on freecycle on the offchance!

Jas · 24/09/2007 20:27

I agree with mrm - you looked good in August Chloe.

w/m removal.....why would anyone want a dead washing machine?

Kel Glad things are going well for you.

Phoenix · 24/09/2007 20:41

kel sounds like you're really happy.

spare parts Jas for the w/m

for getting rid of your dead w/m mrm.

Agree you look great chloe

I've just sent an angry sweary text to dh which so far he has ignored . Yesterday i did about 5 loads of washing, drying, folding, putting away, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher. Today there's plates etc on the side and all he's done all afternoon since he got up is sit on his fat arse is it so hard to load the dishwasher? So yet again it's down to me to do.

Jas · 24/09/2007 20:47

Doh. It is amazing how dozy I can be lately. Thanks Phenix.

I am permanently on the verge of leaving dp re his total lack of progress with the house, so you have my sympathy. DP either bleaches the entire house (but his idea of tidyng is to put everything in a washing basket in a cupbaoard and leave it for me to find) or sits and plays on the x-box all day. Sometimes I'm not sure which is worse.

mustrunmore · 24/09/2007 21:15

Boys only just gone to sleep. ds2's fault. Nightmare; get one sorted, then the other one enters a phase

w/m man said he had just moved from unfurnished to furnished. But they loooked more like chancers for parts. What do I care? Its gone and saved me a fiver!

Phoenix · 24/09/2007 21:16

Ah see I talked dh into selling his Playstation and i'm always on here so he just watches Sky Sports all bloody day

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/09/2007 21:31

Evening all. Too tired to take a lot in. DD had me up at 5:45am this morning, after far too little sleep for both of us, and then proceeded to feed for 2 hours, before dozing off for 20 mins (then we had to get up for tumble tots).

Yay for Kel's new fella - you strumpet you .

Yay for washing machine.

Hope the coat arrived mrm. I managed to forget to bid on one that finished tonight, as dd had only just gone to sleep. In laws forgot to give back her waterproof that they took out with her at the weekend too, so now she is totally coatless.

Flamesparrow · 24/09/2007 21:34

DD just called me up screaming "My eye mummy!!!"

God knows how she did it, but she had about 10 or so of her top eyelashes caught underneath her bottom set - I had to sort of ease it all apart so they could ping back up. It must have been soooooooooo painful and frightening.

(Will read the rest when my sink is gleaming, just had to share...)

Ooh I've done that before flame, on several occasions. Tis a very odd sensation!

Jas · 25/09/2007 06:55

I sad some very unkind (but true things to dp last night and he got up and went to work this morning without a word. He didn't even wish dd2 a happy birthday

Flamesparrow · 25/09/2007 07:42

Oh Jas

Jas, Happy Birthday to dd2

Jas · 25/09/2007 08:25

He rang and spoke to dd2 It is only me he is ignoring.

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/09/2007 08:28

Oh Jas . Men can be such tossers most of some of the time. Happy Birthday Emily .

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/09/2007 08:28

Ah - x post!

mustrunmore · 25/09/2007 08:46

What did you say to dp? Now its you telling half a story! I want to konw.

I'm feeling very happy and calm today nice evening, finally, at 9pm, after two hours to get ds2 to bed, so therefore ds1 aswell.

Chloe55 · 25/09/2007 09:09

at all the nobhead dhs.

Happy birthday to your dd Jas.

Awww poor dd Flame, that must have been quite scarey but I did have an evil little giggle at your explanation!

Thanks for your comments, I really really wasn't fishing. I don't think most people are truly happy with their figure though and I know I'm not massive but I have managed to go up 2 dress sizes in a matter of months which really is scarey so have to nip the overindulgence in the bud now.

Flamesparrow · 25/09/2007 09:22

I want to know what was said too.

I forgot to say last night - you look FINE Chloe!
