for your body, but at dressing all your men the same!!! Before, you ask.. no, dh doesnt have one to pass on when he's outgrown it!

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 16:47

Yes lovely boots.
for your wrists flame.

pmsl - have only just realised that dd's new coat is from the boys range!

mustrunmore · 05/10/2007 19:02

How did you only just realise that? Funny bird.

I HAVE A WASHING MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dh plumbing it in now

Flamesparrow · 05/10/2007 19:06

I plumbed mine in

OP posts:
Jas · 05/10/2007 19:44

About time, too.
I did mine, too

Jas · 05/10/2007 19:45

I didn't notie the boys coat. All the girl ones seem to have no hood.

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 20:23

In my defence, it was right next to a girl's duffle coat in the shop, I was distracted stopping dd from bolting out of the shop, and the hood lining is far too soft for a rufty tufty boy (and I didn't even know that Monsoon did boys clothes).

Yay for washing machine.

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 20:32

One for mrm/flame/Jas.

Jas · 05/10/2007 20:58

I've been lurking all evening

Flamesparrow · 05/10/2007 21:10

pmsl

ds is still up

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 21:21

Oh dear. Long nap earlier?

Jas · 05/10/2007 21:24

No. A bit later than usual, but not much, and no longer than normal. He's not crying. Just awake. If I go up he will get upset, so I'll just wait and hope we get a lie in tomorrow.

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 21:24

TV is shite tonight isn't it?

Gave dd some cows milk today. She hasn't keeled over yet .

Off to our first school open day tomorrow, for this school. It's only our 3rd choice, but nice to have something to compare the others to. No idea what questions to ask, or what exactly to look for!

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 21:25

Ooh, a lie in would be nice!

Jas · 05/10/2007 21:33

Unbelievably bad tv.

I went up to the toilet and ds heard me, so is now stood up yelling mum

We will need links to schools one and two on your list now
I still think you are mad , but it looks fine. No idea what to ask

One of my closest friends here will be moving to Hertford next month, so I will be driving your way a bit more I think csws.

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 21:42

Oh, so you'll drive for her, but not for me .

Was going to link the others when we go, but here they are then: nearest and most sensible choice vrs one we really like look of, and has montessori nursery, but is further and in direction I have no other reason to go in!

Flamesparrow · 05/10/2007 21:50

I like the closest choice because it has the same tie I had (although mine might have had a grey bit somewhere ), but the Montessori one has the nicest website (clearly what matters)

CSWS - no-one can be bothered to care enough to drive to me

OP posts:
Jas · 05/10/2007 21:58

I'm also judjin based on the web site. I don't like the nearseat and ost sensible one based on rubbish website. I think if you are committing to paying for dds education, you should go for the one you think is the best, not the nearest. And if you do chose it, then you will have a reason to go in that direction

When my friend moves I will be taking my dds to visit hers[excuses, excuses]
I did manage to get to the piss up, and have never been invited to Flames

Jas · 05/10/2007 21:59

I really should look at what I am typing. I'm going to blame this keyboard. Unless I really bash the keys, I seem to miss letters.

mustrunmore · 05/10/2007 22:11

Typing like me now?

Well, I never drive to anyone, do I?!

Am strangley excited tonight... ewnt to costco and got a carousel of scissors that I've coveted for ages. 18 pairs, each with a diff blade pattern, lovely wooden caruosel. Saw them in the Yellow Moon catalogue for 14.99. Got them tonight for 3.46

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 22:11

The prospectus is even more shite (well, small and lacking in detail) than the website, but it has good reputation round here, and there's a good chance that one or two of my friends' girls will go there too.

I've never been invited to flame's either. In fact I once asked her to recommend hotels if I did go down her way, and she never did.

mustrunmore · 05/10/2007 22:12

Oh, ans washing machine came without instructions, so trying to work out a few mysery settings now
Anddh plumbed it in because he opted for that rather than keeping thr boys away! Ds1 ripped up the polystrene from round it and told ds2 it was rice cake, so he ate it

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 05/10/2007 22:13

Sounds like lots of extra clutter to me mrm. Bet lakeland do a single pair with 18 ways of cutting .

mustrunmore · 05/10/2007 22:14

The clutter angle did bother me. But, ds1 loves them. And the stand adds to th whole excitement of choosing and using. And they'll just live in the cupboard, so not casuing clutter as such. And I'll use them alot too.
