half an hours brisk walk on the way home from school. not quite a jog, but I'm still officially recovering from major abdominal surgery.....that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!

actually was told nothing strenuous till 16 weeks, so a few weeks respite left!

foxybrown · 05/09/2007 14:10

Both girls are asleep, both boys at school ...

piss easy this 4 kids thing!

Oh how I'm going to pay for saying that by tea-time!

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/09/2007 14:13

so what are you doing to get your tummy flat while you have all this free time?

personally I'm doing pelvic floors and working my core stability as i sit on the sofa

foxybrown · 05/09/2007 14:13

Oops, wrong thread!

Meant to say, returned to WW this morning - am officially a lardarse weighing in at 11.7.

Took myself off to H&M to buy some size 16s. Its just not fun to shop 3 sizes bigger than you were a year ago!

Oh well, I powerwalked there (pushing a 2 yo in a buggy and carrying a stone of new baby constitutes powerwalking in my book, no matter how fast or slow you go!) then onto the shops, around them and back home again.

Am knackered.

Bumper and Daisy, I applaud your mornings work!

foxybrown · 05/09/2007 14:14

Er, I'm eating actually!!

Righty ho then
I have had a jacket potato for lunch and some lemon chicken stir fry for dinner.

I have hoovered, taken dog for a long walk, and generally been busy all day. Feeling good, feeling like I am doing well on the whole weight loss front, but I REALLY WANT A YORKIE.

Please help me not go to the shop 3 doors down and get one!

sputnik · 05/09/2007 18:54

Don't do it TA!!!!!

sputnik · 05/09/2007 18:57

(did I catch her in time?)

trendaverter · 05/09/2007 19:04

I haven't done it!!
I have tried to busy myself elsewhere!

But I have a pack of chocolate brownie mix in the cupboard and it is calling to me

loonylovegood · 05/09/2007 19:27

Ooops had vegetable korma, sag aloo, garlic naan, poppadoms and bombay potatoes!! About a billion calories, oh well it tasted GOOD!

Here's to starting the diet tomorrow !!

annobal · 05/09/2007 19:31

I stopped myself from having a chocolate brownie at lunch today. In fact, I think that today is the first day I have NOT eaten chocolate. Hurrah - does that mean i can have a glass of wine tonight???

trendaverter · 05/09/2007 19:35

Bugger it

Had sticky toffee steamed pud with custard. Bum bum bum.
Will try again tomorrow. On the plus side, there is now no sticky toffee pud in the cupboard asking me to eat it!

annobal · 05/09/2007 19:41

Oh dear, DH just got home with a M&S bag with dinner in it. There goes my virtuous day!

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/09/2007 21:42

I've been crap today as well....my magnum count is now 3 and I've been snacking on yummy cheddar every time I went near the fridge.

But I did extend my school drop off by 2o minutes brisk walking this morning, and had to run to school again for the pick up as DD had a pooey nappy just as we were leaving the house, so I've done OK on the exercise front!

loonylovegood · 05/09/2007 21:51

Daisy- Magnums=Good
Diets=Bad

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/09/2007 21:57

ackcherly they weren't magnums but ALDI copy of same....just as nice, but only 89p for a box of three. Their solero things are gorgeous too!!

ooops sorry....not the thread for this really is it

.....and 1, 2, 3, stretch

bumperlicious · 06/09/2007 09:01

riabutterflew · 06/09/2007 09:28

Hiya. Not caught up with yesterday yet as was naughty.

Am back on track this morning and about to have 2nd breakfast after a rushed 1st one so we could all be ready to walk to school. We were late.

This is hard...

Uki · 06/09/2007 09:38

June mummy 05 and now again in Aug 07. Enjoying a bit of a giggle at this thread as i'd be happy with a rounded tummy at the moment let alone flat.

Actually bought ds a mini trampoline today as thought it might be a 2 for one and i could use it to. After a couple of jumps my massive milky mammories didn't agree. OUCH!!!

MY TIP - forgo trampolines and skipping!!!! till after b/f forgot i tried skipping in )05 with the same result I should of remembered!!!

foxybrown · 06/09/2007 11:02

I am shining my halo from yesterday - going to a WW meeting and staying within points!

You lot keep your blardy magnums

Congratulations Uki! will definately take your advice and give the trampolines and skipping a miss. And jogging. And anything which involves jiggling about.

trendaverter · 06/09/2007 11:21

I'M SOOOOO HHHUUUUUNNNNGGGGRRRRRYYYYYYYYY

daisyandbabybootoo · 06/09/2007 12:04

PMSL Uki!!!

I hope all is well with you and DCs. How's the tummy button now?

sputnik · 06/09/2007 12:14

TA, have a second breakfast, it's virtually a requirement on this thread. Just make sure it's not a yorkie

Had a pleasant surprise this morning, got on the scales and seem to have lost a little moree, which is odd as I haveen't done anything for a week, but it'll make up for last week when I exercised like crazy and didn't lose anything

Uki, I think most of us would settle for not looking pg anymore
