Oh lovely, a new thread!
Glad to hear you're feeling more settled Cori. The sun must take a difference!!
Fraser throws food on the floor too. I don't think it's being naughty, it's learning about cause and effect. They have no idea that throwing something on the floor is naughty (although it can't hurt to say no!), but he likes to see what happens when he drops something - as he then swivels violently to look to see where it's landed and is fascinated. It usually happens when he's finished ramming food in his mouth, so I take it as a sign he's full of whatever that food stuff was. We're well and truly not spooning anything in any more. Can't get a spoon anywhere near his face. So we have food all over his face, hair, legs, arms, floor every meal time.
My DS1 can be quite rough with F too, and like compo said, then he can give him a hug, or put his arm round him protectively, and I forgive it all. Yesterday when he was going to bed, he said "when Fraser's bigger, I will let him share my bed and he can sleep with me". Aaah. Wonder how much sleep they'd get though...!!
Sorry about your friend Bristols. It's difficult to know what to do in those circumstances. How well do you know her?
