DS1 wasn't interested in rolling until well after 6 months - just wait until 10 months, some of ours will be starting to walk and some won't have bothered by 16 months - doesn't do any good to compare!
Bristols - it's not all down to you! DH still has to do the washing up and his own ironing here - and regularly loads/unloads the washing machine and hoovers. And so he should! Re weaning, the WHO do suggest that you start introducing tastes from 6 months, just to get them used to the idea - he may not eat much but that's not really the point at this age. You'll probably find that if you give them a stick of something sweeter like pepper or apple they'll just like munching on it like with the teethers - the chilled core of a pineapple and chilled carrots seemed to be a big hit for DS1 when he was teething
clairemow - hope you got the prescription - we have cetraben for DS2 and it's great, has made such a difference to him.
Jingle - we're starting the new milk today so will give it 3-4 weeks. Strangely enough the nursery that DS2 goes to washed his sleeping bag for him last week and when they put him in it yesterdayand he very quicky became upset and developed a rash - so maybe we're barking up the wrong tree.
Cori/fairy - hope that thread hasn't put you off MN, couldn't post on it myself, got so irritated just reading it.
Hello new people - we're a friendly bunch so post away
