Jam I hope it's all ok with the mortgage.

JamInMyWellies · 14/04/2015 13:54

Nothing as yet. So stressful. Still going even if it's a no for the self build mortgage as we know we can get a regular mortgage it just means we have to rent and find somewhere to buy instead ofbuild.

I hope you get to post today Lady. I fascinated to hear all about japan. I just can't imagine what's it's like as a place to visit let alone a place to visit with a troop of small girls.

We are in Crete at the moment. Nowhere near as interesting as Japan but a lovely sunny week of relaxing with our brood. I'm eating so much though, and drinking rather a lot too. Must get back under control.

Jon share still not signed and sealed. I really just need to know what's happening. I am going a bit loopy but basically will have to wait as nobody is at work in the run up to the election.

Jam, I have all my fingers crossed for a kind mortgage salesperson taking on your case.

Jolly, I am no Movicol expert but I may need to become one as DS is horribly constipated.

JamInMyWellies · 15/04/2015 20:33

Yay we have it. We'll sort of. It's s small bank and they are struggling to understand how DH gets paid. So our accountant has to verify a few things. I honestly have never felt so stressed. I have a constant headache and a bad tummy.

Anyway less about me.

Lady I would love to hear about Japan it's only somewhere I have had short layovers in.

Arti your holiday sounds fab.

Indith any news on your house stuff.

Bloody app got to post then read back.

TheInvisibleHand · 15/04/2015 22:18

Jammie, that's brilliant, really pleased for you.

Lady, please, please come back and tell us about Japan! My dad used to go for work a lot when we were young, have always wanted to go, but sort of felt I needed to wait for the right time.

Arti - the job share sounds like great news, I hope its signed and sealed soon.

All the hols sound wonderful. I am regretting our uselessness in getting our act together. Our August trip still seems like a long way away. Will have to plot something for half term.

Brilliant news Jammy! I am so pleased it's nearly in the bag. I hope you can relax now.

I've found a protein DS will eat!! It's Cretan snail stew. After months of eating only pastas and rice he tucked into 12 snails yesterday! It was fab actually we were in a tiny mountain village and there was a tiny restaurant with only three dishes cooked on open fires in big clay pots. The kids were so intrigued that they all are snails, stuffed cabbages and goat. Unheard of.

Artichokes · 16/04/2015 07:04

Oops, that was me!

JamInMyWellies · 16/04/2015 19:21

Bloody hell Arti my big boys would have starved rather than eat that lot.

JamInMyWellies · 24/04/2015 17:18

Who is it that's not on FB?? Is it you hons? Whoever it is please can you join so that we can all be a group together on there.

McKayz · 27/04/2015 20:17

I think it's Hons. She could always make up a fake name if she doesn't want anyone to find her and just join our group.

I am ill. Hate being ill. Sad

urbanewarrior · 26/08/2015 15:45

Hello lovelies. I don't even know if this is the latest thread or not. Just wanted to say hello. And hoping you are all well and happy and have had fun summers. Urbane xx

PenelopeClearwater · 23/11/2015 11:34

Hons, just wondering if you are lurking about. If so we are doing secret Santa again.

It's Kayz by the way.
