We have two sharing. It's weird, they don't tend to wake each other up at night.

WL how horrible for you all having to wait over Christmas Sad I hope the news isn't as bad as you fear Thanks

WLmum · 20/12/2014 08:54

Well done utopian. My big 2 share and don't tend to wake each other up if one gets up. I think they get used to the noises of another person while they sleep. Fx A will be sleeping through by then and I will be jealous
First night of boob refusal last night - wasn't too bad. I'm wearing a sports bra day and night so she can't do an up and under! Once she realised she couldn't get them, she settled for a cuddle and rock. Fx this will be easier than expected.

ThreeFrazzledFandangos · 20/12/2014 09:01

Thinking of your mum and you too WL, I hope they're just being prepared for every eventuality.

Last night was fricking freezing here. DS came in with me at 1am and we huddled together for warmth all night. He's started sleeping through in his own bed about every other night so I like it when he comes in now as I miss him!

halestone · 20/12/2014 10:33

WL we will be stopping H's bottles through the night in the new year i am nervous about it but i really need the frequent wake ups to stop. I hope operation no boob works for you.

Willyou i love H being in my bed just wish she didn't need quite so much of it.Grin

Oh WL I am so sorry to hear about your Mum. I hope you are all holding up ok.

I haven't been on this thread in so long. Who is still here and what have I missed?

ISpyPlumPie · 20/12/2014 21:34

I'm only I v occasional visitor now too. Popped on a couple of weeks ago to say how I was finally going to wean N off BM, but he had a bug so it was handy to have something he could keep down. Oh well, there's always next year. Hope you are well FOD.

FriendofDorothy · 20/12/2014 22:07

I weaned The Little Mister when I got pregnant again. I was about 14 weeks pregnant and it just hurt so much because my nipples were so sore!

halestone · 20/12/2014 22:15

FriendofDorothy · 20/12/2014 22:26

Hi hales we are doing good thanks.

The Little Mister turned 2 last Sunday and The Little Miss is 5 months old already.

Time is flying by and I am preparing to return to work in January.

halestone · 20/12/2014 22:48

Are you looking forward to returning or apprehensive about it?

OP posts:
FriendofDorothy · 20/12/2014 23:08

I am quite looking forward to it. The bit I am not looking forward to is that life becomes a massive juggling act!

halestone · 20/12/2014 23:24

True, from everyone elses posts i got the impression that it wasf abit of hard work at first but then everything just sort of falls into place.

WLmum · 21/12/2014 08:56

She has a tumour in her neck that has caused one of the vertebrae to collapse and appears to have multiple cancer sites on other bones. She's being kept in for urgent treatment.

SpottyTeacakes · 21/12/2014 08:58

Oh WL I'm so so sorry Sad I don't really know what else to say, not much I can say really Thanks

SpottyTeacakes · 21/12/2014 09:10

FriendofDorothy · 21/12/2014 09:20
