hales by the time DS did nap DD started squeaking. Honestly I think they planned it like that because we weren't home at "lunchtime" Hmm I am sure they are in cahoots!

But they are both asleep, HURRAH! Now just a little bit of tidying up Confused

Barbeasty · 01/04/2015 21:51

We had a couple come and sit at our table in a cafe one Saturday. Their drinks came to our table and everything. The entire 1st floor was empty.

I may have made absolutely no effort to stop the DC from going near them and bought both a 2nd hot chocolate to provide extra sugar and mess.

If they'd asked first it wouldn't have been weird.

I was absurdly pleased when the lady left one of her gloves behind, and I moved it.

That's great wlmum . Hope you're having a lovely time all to yourselves- very much deserved!

Eugh I'm in such a bad mood. Dd is really annoying me and Ds isn't doing much better. I've got a sore throat and a really painful hip. I need to sort the washing and do some ironing, Hoover, pack for the weekend and cook dinner. All I want to do is sit down and drink coffee.

halestone · 02/04/2015 15:49

Spotty sit and drink coffee, get a take away and only pack when the Dc are in bed. The housework will do itself eventually thats what i'm tellimg myself

Haha I wish! Saving all our money for the weekend and will need stuff out of their room for packing. I did have a coffee though and I will ignore the mess on the floor Smile dh would help but he's going out tonight Hmm he can do the washing up. He's also going out of his way to get my prescription.

SpottyTeacakes · 02/04/2015 18:38

'Ds, don't do that'
F: 'there, did it.'
'Stop that, ds'
F: 'stop mummy'

And repeat. All day.

WLmum · 02/04/2015 22:35

Man I'm in a foul mood! DH woke me up snoring 3 times last night and T was up from 4.15 til 6.15. DH is back on the 5:2 and no more day naps for T.
We had a great time away but T and dd2 punished me yesterday.
WL is one grumpy mummy!

WLmum · 02/04/2015 22:36

Too challenging spotty. Days like that require peppa pig on loop and lots of tea and digestives.

SpottyTeacakes · 03/04/2015 02:57

Yes WL it was like that! Luckily Ds loves peppa pig...

I get punished for being away too. I hope you get more sleep tonight.

I'm up with a really sore throat it feels like it's closing up bleurgh. Dd keeps coughing too but sounds asthma related. I'm also feeling guilty for being shouty mum all day Blush Sad Will try to make it up to them.

halestone · 03/04/2015 05:34

H is lay in bed next to me she keeps waking up and making me promise to go to sleep. She is even making me shake hands on it. Also her breathing is crap so i think we're in for a bad day with her, which i'm going to have to deal with as Dp has had to go into work to do overtime as i'm not going to work this weekend.
