Snow - baby can have 2.5ml of calpol every 4-6 hours. You can take paracetamol and nurofen together because nurofen doesn't contain any paracetamol. I take paracetamol and ibuprofen together as I find nurofen doesn't even touch my headaches!

Dreamy - is Sophies' rash like a clump of little red spots? If so, Molly has the same on her face, on her forehead, eyebrows and cheeks. I've been putting E45 on because it feels dry but if still same on Monday will take her to doctors.

Sorry for the delay, haven't been able to get on MN very much mainly because i am constantly running around after dd (almost 3) and ds!

Hotmama...Yes i just went on my own to get George his jabs, not sure what will happen with the next lot, dreading them now tbh.

Hope everyone ok? We are getting George christened on the 29th, so have been midered with all the organising lol.

Snowboo · 21/10/2006 00:21

Yeah full on monsters are eating him kinda thing. He also dreamt i was dead which freaked me out...Turns out i'd exploded

Pucca, i really admire you getting Georges jabs doen on your own. Dh is doing the next lot as ive had a headache all day and now Austins feeds are all over the place. Will feed him his 10:30 feed in a mo then go to bed.

Hopefully the CyberVals will kick in soon

Snowboo · 21/10/2006 00:22

Oh and he is always in our bed....driving me potty!!!! Have tried everything now but he is sooooo scared and the terrors are really frightening for him ive given up forcing him into his bed for now. Til Austin joins us then i'll be the one moving out....

olivo · 21/10/2006 16:11

hello everyone. havent been on for few days as computer is playing up. is anyone able to start a new thread? - my pc doesnt seem to like this one!!
snowboo - hope austin is feeling better. i'm dreading taking dd for jabs, she has them this week.

dreamy - hope your mum is ok.

things ticking along here, have had some visitors but now its just us so looking forward to getting back into a bit of a routine again. dd is sleeping so much better but seems to be going through a growth spurt? - feeding and sleeping more- she's 8 weeks, does this sound right? she's very cheerful though and really nosy!!

hope you're all having a good weekend.

olivo · 21/10/2006 16:12

PT - hope you dont feel rough for too long.

eenybeeny · 21/10/2006 16:56

Pink - so sorry! we have come down with something here so i can empathise. Are you any better? I know what you mean about being envious of those with Mums who can help!

Olivo - sorry I have a migraine and cant get my head around starting a new thread - hopefully someone else will soon!

ScreamandYellowFeathers · 21/10/2006 21:39

Hi everyone.
I'm going to rant on here because its the only place I can atm.

My anxiety is just getting worse and worse. This week was absolutly horrendous to put it lightly. I ended up running off to my MIL's with the kids as I couldn't bear staying alone in the house. Dh went potty and ended up coming home early on Thursday as he didn't know what to do with himself.
Things are ok between us now but his stance of me being alone and facing my problem hasn't changed so I'm stuck atm. Hes trying so hard to help me every other way but is adament that the way to deal with things is his way.

I'm starting CBT on the 2nd Nov. I may ask about having some AD's because of the panic attacks and anxiety.
I started a thread under a different name to get some advice but came out tonight lol. So if anyone wants to add their 2 pence worth its under feeling depressed.

On a better note, Ellis was weighed on Tuesday and is now 10lb 10oz so put on nearly a 1lb in a week. I could tell he was having a spurt though because he's waking at 4:30am again. I imagine he'll have put more on come this week too. He has his jabs on Thursday but I'm sending dh in to do it cos I couldn't cope when dd had hers. Its horrible to see them have it.

I leave the new thread to someone who can come up with a witty title.

PinkTulips · 21/10/2006 23:53

i started a new thread but someone else will have to do the link as dd did something to the internet that made the address bar disappear

feeling a bit better now, thanks girls.

feathers are you ok now? i know how freaky it can be being on your own with kids at night without the anxiety to make things worse so don't feel bad about not being able to cope babe. you did the right thing heading to mil's, even if dh can't see that. try not to let him upset you and focus on the anxiety and getting better. {{{hugs}}}
