Hawk - yay! did you know that 6 hours in a stretch is the offical defination of 'sleeping through' that sleep specialist medical professionals use? you can now smugly say "oh gosh, she's sleeping through already." and look suitably 'perfect mum' at frazzled others...
Madame - the HV rules, you don't ask for advice, if they offer you any, you nod and smile, nod and smile, then go off and do what works - and woo on the big baby !
i think we have a sort of routine, it's just a crap one for me, she sleeps pretty much all morning, but then is awake all evening - however right now she's asleep, but I'm putting that down to the jabs today, IIRC, DS slept loads in the 24 hours after each set of jabs. I'm a little concerned she's not taking enough milk in the day, is struggling to finish each bottle, so needing a couple of night feeds still, if I could just get her to load up in the day time we might get more sleep...
I ca'nt believe she's 9 weeks now! I also can't quite believe the bag I took to hospital is still sat in the corner of our bedroom with a couple of things in it that need to be put away.
