Our cats ate out the bin, off the plates. Hell, they stole food out of bubbling hot pans before now. My cats were all insane. Hmm

BigPigLittlePig · 22/04/2013 22:59

His worst offence, which I'm not sure I've forgiven him for even now, was to eat the entire topping off my pizza which I'd cooked to take on a night shift. Either that or jumping into my bowl of tomato soup then running across my cream sofa (bought pre-cat and pre-kids)

Clarella · 22/04/2013 22:59

poor little e Eliza she looks like she's really covered badly. pox is really doing the rounds at the mo.

BigPigLittlePig · 22/04/2013 23:04

Right, F has finally settled. I'm off to bed so much for an early night

Clarella · 22/04/2013 23:11

ah poor cat bplp - but lol to image of tomato soup paw printed sofa!

our dogs (4 shelties) were worse than our cats (3) mine in particular. she was found on the table eating xmas dinner once and ate my sisters hamster when it escaped. or rather chewed it. the pack of them demolished a rabbit front of my vegetarian sister when she took them out for a walk once too. oddly they liked to play with my rat who would hang onto their fur and my rat loved them but would stiffen and freeze everytime a cat came near.

Clarella · 22/04/2013 23:12

think I'd better not mn tonight so eyes aren't so stingy tomorrow Grin

TheDetective · 22/04/2013 23:38

My cat ate the fucking bread after it tore open the packaging. The bread that was to make that days dinner with. And it was the last one in the shop (ciabatta). And it was the main ingredient for the meal. Twat.

kirrinIsland · 23/04/2013 00:00

I once came in from a late shift, poured myself the last glass of wine in the house and then went upstairs to get my PJs on. Came back to find my dog with her tongue in my glass, just lapping up the final drops. I threatened her with the RSPCA that night.

det I laughed at 'hurting fucking moves' and took it as a sign an early night was needed Grin Hope you feel better tomorrow.
As it just took me 4 goes to spell 'tongue' i'm going to go to bed too.

Good night all xx

LuisGarcia · 23/04/2013 00:08

I don't know how I managed that kirrin but yes. I'm tired. But DP won't come to bed. And he hates it when I go without him. Cunt. I'm going in a minute. GRRR!

I've just had a thought - can someone please remind me in the morning!!! I'm booked for a smear I can't wait, I'm getting some stretching!! tomorrow. But I'm on up the foofy antibiotics. ChasingDaisy · 23/04/2013 03:15

I'm here Luis

LuisGarcia · 23/04/2013 03:17

Hi Chasing. If you were here I'd share the pringles

LuisGarcia · 23/04/2013 03:18

O not sleeping or you not sleeping?

ChasingDaisy · 23/04/2013 03:26

O not sleeping, second free here. My insomnia seems to have rectified itself Smile

Not a huge pringle fan, if it was kettle chips then I'd be jealous.

You decided on a plan for your knee?

LuisGarcia · 23/04/2013 03:35

ringing the gp for a naproxen prescription later today. L won't sleep for 5 minutes without me atm. Other than those my plan is to try to tune it out as far as I can

ChasingDaisy · 23/04/2013 03:39

I really don't know how you cope. O is up three times in the night, twice for feeding and I am broken. Cant imagine how shattered you must be.

ChasingDaisy · 23/04/2013 03:47

O is just settling back to sleep, I should do the same. I will probably be awake again in an hour or two. Have my fingers crossed for some sleep for you.

LuisGarcia · 23/04/2013 03:48

It ends. J was worse, and it ends. You don't notice the end but it comes eventually. crosses fingers toes and eyes

LuisGarcia · 23/04/2013 03:49

gnight, and thank you for being here too

ChasingDaisy · 23/04/2013 03:51

Goodnight. No worries. Rest assured that even if i am not posting, my baby certainly isn't sleeping through. There's always a quichette awake out there somewhere Smile

ValiumQueen · 23/04/2013 04:54

A 4am feed is a night feed. Most definitely. Did a bit better with the bottle, although stopped him half way and he did not want any more. I felt he drank too much the other night as when I picked him up to transfer, I could hear it sloshing around.

Why oh why did my mother buy him a toy with a bell in? It keeps activating the monitor. And making him laugh. But DH is snoring and his alarm will be going soon, then DD2 will be up, so a 4am feed means no more sleep for me. Grr.

Hope you are both asleep Luis and Chasing x
