Ood maybe just a little Smile Although I'm slightly disappointed that I haven't got a horror story to relate to pregnant friends. I'd definitely got myself expecting much worse. It's cool though - after years of being generally dissatisfied with my body, I can finally feel proud of it for something.

How's everyone else getting on so far? And has anyone got any tips for getting the baby to keep hold of the boob so I don't have to? At the moment I can only get on here when her dad's holding her.

stormy are you on a phone or computer? I hold my phone in the supporting arm!

I have a haematoma on/under?? My c section scar. Obviously it was going too well for me! V sore. Have been reading on google Blush tonight & have loads of questions for MW tomorrow

OMG ood- you really are going for gold with all the things your going through!!!!! I'm just trying to remind myself I have had surgery and need to relax more!!!
I have scrubbed floors, cleaned out cupboards, emptied fridge, washed baby clothes and had visit from HV today asking me about birth control I had to laugh!!!!!!( I'm not even going there)

I got given condoms in hospital. I asked them if they didn't trust the surgeon who sterilised me!

I am going to see if DH will get the snip. I'm not very good at being pregnant and I feel we were lucky to get to 32 & 33 weeks and end up with two live babies. I don't think we'd risk it again.

CONDOMS?! Christ. I think ill be having a coil fitted when I can bare to think about it. But really, condoms? Am beside myself in a cold sweat at the thought!

I would but on iphone and can't cut & paste!!!!

Birth control - I'm staying away from hubby as long as possible the lack of sleep is killing off any romantic notions and thoughts! 2014 seems possible!!!!

Laptop, Ood. Managing now though - I'm sitting on the bouncy ball, she's next to me in her basket. One arm to type, one to hold her arms, cos she's escaped the swaddle and it's not time for a feed for at least an hour.

I'm expecting the birth control lecture later today. Community midwives are due at some point. Very much hoping she's not lost too much weight. Turns out on my dad's side there's a history of trouble breastfeeding; I'm hoping to break the trend and so far everything seems to be going well, but we'll see what the scales say.

I ended up back on maternity last night as I've a haematoma on my scar. V v painful but there's not a lot they can do. Have ABs on the off chsnce its infections but can be up to 3 months to heal :( currently can't wear clothes over my scar so wasted all those big knickers Wink
Feeling low at the prospect of being limited for even longer but at least now the advice is to move even if its painful rather than don't move (a la SPD)

Feeding going well , mornings are interesting in bed feeding dd3 & ds but they are v sweet and dd3 keeps instructing ds & holding his hand.
