Hi ladies,
Not posted for a bit but have been reading lots.
blizy I don't have any words to help you but am thinking of you and DH and Zoe and sending lots of hugs your way for what we know will be a tough time.
Ponyo I saw your laughing cow pic on FB, you're right, C and A are not unsimilar in looks (and in the angst they put us through!), both with masses of dark slightly unruly hair!
Ledkr I had a far more U last weekend. DH had to work Saturday am, and I got arsey with him Sat pm as he spent it building C's new wardrobe, which desparately needed doing, I just sulked cos I wanted to do nice weekend things together, but in his defence, he was doing something constructive, so really, I was being super U.
Four4me sorry to hear about ongoing sanitorium at your house, it must be tough. Fingers crossed there is light at the end of the tunnel. I know when C had roatvirus (or we assume that's what it was), it felt like forever after she got 'better' (i.e. no vom and eating normally) that her nappies returned to normal. You just get so sick of many many many changes of bum and clothes.
C is doing good, hasn't woken before 6 in over a week now
and has slept until closer to 7 most mornings (or at least that is the first we have heard her). She's v cute at the moment and doing new things all the time. She was playing with some different fabrics on Mum's coffee table, like different textures to feel (far more constructive play than I would have done!), and she had a ribbon round the waist of her jeans that she wanted to add to the pile of fabrics, and she kept pulling it, but realised it was attached to her, so sat down and started trying to wriggle out of her jeans! I thought it was v cute. Obviously she couldn't get out of them on her own, that would be remarkable, but cute that she realised what she needed to do.
Interviews going well I think, I have narrowed it down to 3 that I defo want, and have 2nd interviews with them all, and have binned 2 as didn't get a good vibe.
