wiggs poor baby,i remember it well i well up just thinking about it.Tell your friend about Dills and she was only 6 days.
I have down loaded c25k but thats it Grin I have been shredding but not every day,im still fat though. grrrrr.

reastie I hardly saw ofsted untill later either,i ended up banging on about adoption timescales Blush My files were ok and she said my risk assessments were good what are you worried about re ad's you will feel no different apart from better and some people get an immediate alleviation of some of the symptoms,my anxiety goes with the first dose.Im not sure why you are so concerned, you wont become addicted or dependent pm me if you like. Can you keep a diary,is it pmt related cos mine is.
Alice will be fine re the row,Dils gets a bit upset when i shout at Ella which is quite often these days.
As for dh and mil,i remember when Dills was in hospital and i was still reeling about pils coming home with us,me and dh had words and he looked so terrible i vowed to try to let it ll go. Its hard to go against a parent it really is,my Mum does my head in but i couldnt bear anyone to be nasty about her.Its only natural he should be defensive.Dont let it upset your little family.
As for nagging,i hate that term, designed to keep women from expresing an opinion. Grin
44 Poor little A,sounds as if hes on the mend.Dilly is so cuddly when she is poor;y too.
ponyo I saw you on the thread,i was sad too,i was reading something at work today and welled up again so it must have been on my mind still.

Im not taking bottles away yet. They are only babies still.Dills loves her bottles and has 3 a day. I am with wiggs on the teeth too,i do try but she doth resist.

When Dilly poohs i say pooh to teach her the word ready for potty time.Today i said it in response to a smell and she strained and went red Shock we were laughing for ages.

wigglesrock · 07/02/2012 22:34

Thank you for all your good wishes, Brona is a bit better, on oxygen and her Mum is with her obviously.

ledkr if I say "doing a poo Anna?", she pulls at her nappy Grin as if to say "get it off me"

Mr W and I watched the Notebook tonight, he's in bits Blush, Grin.

Night night

tadjennyp · 07/02/2012 23:25

I hope your friend's dd continues to make a speedy recovery wiggs. ( Grin at Mr W in bits over a film!)

Glad inspections went well ledkr and reastie. Def take the ADs if you haven't felt any better of your own accord reastie.

Sorry about your dh and the phone emski. Is there anything worrying him at the moment?

I ought to be more diligent in cleaning S's teeth too american. We have this stuff called Baby Bling which they can swallow. Not sure if it's available where your family are.

Got to take the dcs to the hairdressers (the first time in months Blush ) so that A can have a decent haircut for her birthday tomorrow.

Sending sleepy vibes to all babies.

blizy · 08/02/2012 07:23

Happy birthday to Sabine! Hope you all have a fantastic day debka, sending a hug fro the birthday girl.

wiggles I hope wee Brona is on the mend. Grin at Mr W showing his femine side, the big softy! Grin

reastie Go you, with your fab inspection! i should be due one soon from SSCWIS (used to be the care commission).

Glad your inspection went well too ledkr

emski I hope you are ok?

tad Happy birthday to Anna, hope she had a good day. Grin

Bloody typical, I'm off work and been up since half bloomin 4! I cant seem to sleep much these days. Ah well at least I can have a lazy day.
Hope all the babies are well and you all have a good day.

ILovePonyo · 08/02/2012 09:33

Happy birthday little bean! Hope you all have a great day deb Smile

Reastie teething is a bugger isn't it, I just hope it's all over soon for you and Alice Sad well done on inspection!

Ledkr I have just snorted out loud at the image of dilly going red when you said pooh Grin luckily no one at work noticed Grin A still has 3 bottles a day (at least) its reassuring to know a knowledgable mum like you is in no rush to stop.

ILovePonyo · 08/02/2012 09:39

Oops sent that too soon.

Wigs glad your friends baby is getting better, scary though.

Erm have forgotten what else I was going to say, except that A has been off her food but woke for a bottle at 1am Hmm tbh I dontmind too much when she goes back to sleep like she did (phew)

Am supposed to be meeting my friends early tonight in town, not sure it will happen with crappy weather, is it a bit sad that I feel Sad that I won't see A either, dp is picking her up from nursery and she'll prob be in bed by the time I get home...

Four4me · 08/02/2012 09:45

Sending lots of get well vibes for baby Brona. Poor Mum she must feel totally torn. Hope they are all back home together soon.

Happy Birthday to Sabine! Yeah.

reastie being a bad fab feb friend I didn't realise you hadn't taken the ad's. I have to agree with the others that you should seriously think about starting them. One of my rl friends did similarly to you and walked around with the prescription in her bag for months. When she finally took them (after hitting rock bottom) she has since said she regretted not taking them earlier. She feels that she wasted time feeling crap when she could have been on the road to recovery. If it worrying you taking them whilst breastfeeding there are lots of people on them in pregnancy and feeding. I think the risk is so tiny and is outweighed by the misery of depression/anxiety. My friend has come to a point now where she feels if she needs to take them for ever (which may not happen) she can cope with that and doesn't want to waste another day. Sorry waffle waffle nag nag......pm mama ledkr she'll reassure you. Well done at the inspection.

Hugs blizy I expect the early waking is grief related. We're all here for you.

Slow slow recovery in the 44me camp hospital. Imogen has no spots yet but is still off her food, Archie's spots are starting to look scabby. Both of them keep having horrific shit explosions that only a bath can deal with. Yuke. We are all camping in the playroom watching marathon amounts of bloody Peppa Pig Grin dh and dmil have been taking the boys to school.

Four4me · 08/02/2012 09:47

Waves to ponyo at work.

Completely forgot to send emski get well soon vibes to. Take care. Xx

chocoroo · 08/02/2012 09:57

Hello all,

I'm rubbish at keeping up nowadays. Sad Sorry!

Reastie Get those AD's down you now please. You've coped with lots and lots of anxiety while you've been off on Mat Leave and it's overwhelming for anyone going back to work too. I'm with the people who don't think you should quit - I think the world will be a whole different place if you take the help you need.

Boo to all the poorly babies. Sending them all get well hugs. R is almost better - no puke for two days now although she woke at 5am and SCREAMED the place down. She drank two bottles and fell back to sleep although th milk was my last resort before rushing her to A&E. It was horrid, DP was in tears, I've never heard crying like it. Turns out she'd just met the hungry man. Smile

deb I hope you're enjoying your break

ponyo Random waking is so annoying. So, so, so annoying.

Delia Good luck with all your interviews. Sounds like you'll be in a better place v soon.

Four4 I am convinced R will get Chicken Pox for her birthday next week. Can yuo catch it on the internet?

Well, more snow predicted for Friday here apparently. I hope it clears quickly though as we're at two first birthday parties on Saturday.

Best crack on. It's my working from home day today and I've spent the last 30m sorting out an emergency plumber - we have a leak from the bathroom through the kitchen ceiling. I am remarkably calm considering the kitchen in only a year old. I'm kinda hoping I get a new bathroom out of it!

americanexpat · 08/02/2012 10:23

L has slept through for the third night in a row. Shock He's done two nights before but never three. I feel like I'm sleeping on borrowed time and it's all going to kick off soon. Grin

reastie - Like choco said, the world will be different once you're taking the ADs. I'd hate to see you making a decision about work that you might regret when you're feeling more like yourself.

wiggles - Sending healthy thoughts to wee Brona. Grin at Mr wiggles being in bits at The Notebook. How's he feeling these days?

ledkr - I'm LOLing at D doing a poo on command.

blizy - I'd like to make a donation for Zoe's birthday. I think you had a page set up through SANDS last year, do you still have it?

blizy · 08/02/2012 11:30

chocco poor R and poor you. Hope the snow stays away.

ponyo Tell DP to give anya some calpol, then she will be awake when you come home.Grin

american that is very kind of you, thank you. Here is the link to zoe's page. zoe.beveridge.muchloved.com/frame.aspx?df=false

44me Thank you. Hope the kiddies get well soon.

wigglesrock · 08/02/2012 11:32

Four4Me Do you have a secret crush on Daddy Pig yet? Grin

americanexpat well done L [grr], Mr W well on the mend, he still has 2 weeks or so off work but he's still in a bit of pain [my heart bleeds Grin, not sure my patience can stretch for much longer!

Mr W has the most eclectic taste in films - he's a touch of the Chandler Bings about him - he swears his favourite film is something Spielbergy or Casablanca but I know its Miss Congeniality Blush

ponyo I secretly miss A when she's at my mums on a Wed morning, but don't tell anyone Grin

Debka Hope you are all having a fab time and Happy Birthday Sabine xxxx

Brona is slowly improving, the Dr isn't going to discharge her until she has 24 clear hours with no choking Sad

Emski76 · 08/02/2012 13:01

Happy birthday to the Bean!! Hope your all having a good week!

Four4, hope your enjoying Peppa Pig!

American, well done to L on sleeping through again, I hope he sticks at it.

Reastie, I was so against taking Anti D's until I realised I had no choice. I also think I will be on them long term but if they help me cope and I'm not getting any side effects (that I notice) I can't see a problem with it. Honestly Reastie they take the edge of everything for me. i am generall an anxious person but not so much now, and I find I can take sense to myself more now too as I'm much calmer.

Made up with dh, he was really apologetic and admitted it was all down to him. He's not generally agrressive but I think he sounds a bit like your dh Reastie and I HATE being spoken to like that! He's home today decorating the lounge so he may get some Brownie points if he gets it all finished!

Reastie, I;ve been meaning to say thanks for the Hungry Catepillar cake link. I'm definitely making it for Noah's birthday party. I;ve already practiced the 'head' and have bought a cake board and other bits to go with it. When would you say is the earliest I can bake it? I don't have anything to cover it with.

Will catch up again later. Back to work now.....booooooooo

reastie · 08/02/2012 15:05

Hello lovely ladies, did I mention you are all lovely Wink at least someone is to me Blush .

ems re: caterpillar cake - could you freeze them beforehand uniced? That's what I'm tempted to do. I'm not sure if I'm doing that for Alices bday now, depends if I can be bothered Blush . I may do a whisked sponge flan with fresh fruit to decorate (under the guise of being healthy Wink ), I'll save the caterpillar for her next bday Grin . Hope decorating is going well. I'm desperado to get our bathroom redecorated - my parents haven't done it in over 20 years and all the wallpaper is peeling off the walls Shock

four4 you will soon be out of the house again i hope

american Grin to the sleeping through

blizy did you brave the cold to feed the birds yesterday?

happy bday to the beanster Grin . I'm imagining deb running all over center parcs every day

re: work I'm wondering to stick it out in the hope once students get used to my apparent fussiness compared to lax supply lady Hmm things may get easier [hopeful] . I hadn't actually thought about it from the perspective that once students settle back into my expectations that it will be easier Blush . I was thinking last night - can I willingly leave a job where 1/3 of the year I'm on holiday? Hmm

choc hope you got the leak sorted (and a free bathroom maybe Grin )

The teething continues here - never seen so much dribble Confused

blizy · 08/02/2012 15:50

reastie I hope you igure out the work situation, the holidays are a fab incentive to stay! Grin Oh and Grin at you being a fussy teacher.
Yes i did brave the cold, the snotters were streaming down my nose! Grin

Poor Alice, hope she is not in too much pain.

blizy · 08/02/2012 15:51

Hmm igure = figure.

ledkr · 08/02/2012 17:47

Hi all.Had to go training today.Just wanted to say Happy Birthday to baby debka
Hope you are all well, ive just been trying to create a meal from random freezer items, mixed veg, prawns few bits of fish some frozen pork chops.Hmm
Dills has re discovered the high pitched whine she had at 6 months, tis ear splitting.
Me and dh have finished for the week now, going to celebrate with the walking dead and an early night Wink
Did level 3 of the shred last night oooouuuucccchhh!

blizy · 08/02/2012 20:22

Ooh all quiet in here tonight. I have just had a catch up tv marathon, Midwives and prisoners wives. I'm so bloomin bored tonight, dh is working in Newcastle this week. I booked us a table at a new Brazillian restaurant on saturday for a wee Valentines treat.
Think I might head to bed to watch obem, I dont know why I watch it but I can't not iyswim. It makes me sob every week.

ledkr enjoy your early night Envy. I have finished watching the walking dead series 2, cant wait for the next one.

Hope you are all having a good night.

reastie · 08/02/2012 21:18

Aww blizy hope the week goes quick so DH comes back for you. I've bought DH a room thermometer for valentines day Hmm it's sad but I know he's going to be really excited by it as he keeps hinting he wants a thermometer in each room to compare temperatures as our heating is mental [weirdo] . I may make him a heart shaped cake and pizza too Grin . I wonder if DH will remember what DH will get me Grin

ledkr well done you on the stage 3 in the shred. Alice loves to screech too Hmm

Ohh, v excited as roger and val have just got in is on tonight. Love it Grin

ILovePonyo · 08/02/2012 21:26

Hi all, I have just got in from having yummy dinner with 2 friends that I've not seen for ages, was lovely having a catch up and wine

blizy Grin about the calpol, unfortunately we have chucked it out otherwise I'm sure A would have been up partying again Wink new walking dead starts this month I think yay!

ledkr your dinner sounded good until you mentioned the frozen pork chops Grin I hate having left over food but dp relishes the challenge I think. Enjoy your earlynight Wink Wink

reastie have you seen those bibs called dribble ons? They are cute little bandana style bibs for the dribble (lovely) Oh and have you decided about the anti-d's yet? I think you are putting it off lady when it could be the best decision ever... the way emski describes it makes me think I could do with some as I feel stressy/anxious still sometimes.

wiggles massive Grin at Mr W being a secret chandler, love it. Glad brona is better still, hope there is no more choking sounds horrible.

and Shock to the poo explosions, bleurgh.

american long may the sleeping though continue, I forgot you had a rubbish sleeper too, you and Borg for a while wasn't it, where is Borg anyway?

Hi choco, hope you get the ceiling sorted, how annoying for you. Hope work is ok and glad R is better and has her appetite back by the sounds of things

Right I am off to make bottles as dp hasn't Hmm Heres hoping for nice sleeeeeep tonight xx

ILovePonyo · 08/02/2012 21:33

Oh reastie I just replied to you but it lost the post Hmm

I am being mean as dp is making bottles now.

reastie a room thermometer?! Hope your dh gets you something equally exciting Grin Wink

dp and I have never really done valentines day, I couldn't give a stuff and once he got me roses and I laughed at hom Blush I'm glad its A's birthday as now we can focus on that instead Grin

blizy · 08/02/2012 22:21

ponyo This is the first year dh and I will have done the whole V day thing, I have been informed by him that I deserve a bit of spoiling and he has got me an (apparently) nice pressie. I couldn't think what to get him so booked a table instead. Grin

reastie A thermometer?Grin That reminds of the time dh bought me an electric blanket for my birthday!

I am still shaking after watching obem, poor woman had such a traumatic birth and it was very touich and go. Baby had shoulder dystocia and wasn't breathing. All is well though.

americanexpat · 08/02/2012 22:51

blizy - I was sobbing during OBEM. Absolutely horrible. Sad I had forceps with L but it was relatively straightforward. My undercarriage was in pieces though, I can't imagine what hers is like. Sad

Where is Borg?

Ponyo - L was a horrible sleeper, up at least every 3 hours until 6 months. I'm still a bit Shock when I get more than 5 hours sleep at a go.

blizy · 08/02/2012 23:19

American- it was the looks on the midwives faces that got me, brought it all rushing back. I remember so clearly the look on my midwife's face when the consultant told us Zoe had died.

Hope Leo sleeps well tonight.

americanexpat · 09/02/2012 09:02

blizy - Sad I don't know how you can watch it. I found L's birth really upsetting and still don't like to think about it. This is the first OBEM I've watched since he was born and it stirred everything up again.

wiggles - Does Mr W know he has a devoted fan base on MN?

L slept through AGAIN. Shock
