I seem to have missed something- are you raising money for a charity which helps the illness your DH has? Sounds miserable BTW, hope you are both coping. What a relief that it isn't hereditary for your DH though.
wiggles well done to your friend, but I'm not actually sure which of the strange forrin words you wrote are actually the name
ledkr I can't imagine that your boss will hold out long under The Force That Is Ledkr

S has been really tired and whingey today, seems to have woken from all three of her naps still tired, hope she sleeps well tonight. She took a step today, tres exciting, don't think she meant to though!
My mum's going to the Marsden tomorrow for the results of her latest scan, we're all feeling anxious about what it will show up. She was meeting with a lady vicar who has a special ministry visiting, listening, letting people cry, counselling etc. She was a very very important person for my mum, helped her work through lots of issues from her childhood, and because of that for our whole family. Anyway a few months ago she went to the dr because she couldn't feel her leg, dr sent her for tests, she was diagnosed with advanced cancer and within a week had lost all use of her body and gone into a hospice, the hospice my mum uses sometimes. She died this week, which was a blessed relief for her of course, she was in so much pain, but it just brings home the situation my mum is in. It could (probably will) be her next. :( I'm going with my mum to the funeral in Canterbury Cathedral next week, that'll be hard....
