tipex, or because X name is the baby you did have...& Y name is the one you didn't?? the name then sort of 'belongs' to the baby you didn't have. or is that too weird?

OOh thanks Tipex - but you didn't need to do that, did wonder if you wanted to keep the anonymity but I am just tooo nosey !

not sure if we would use our boys name, if we had a boy. it was a bit of a compromise so I think I would push for a different one as dd's name was dh's choice in the end (although only decided on in the theatre once she'd been born !!). I would certainly consider the options...

one of dd's little friends is a jemima - I love daisy but it didn't go with our surname.....

We had decided on Maeve Elizabeth for a girl until we realised Maeve didn't go with our surname (took us about 2 weeks to realise !!)so we ditched both names and then were trying to think of other names and I ended up having to have her before we'd really decided but I love her name now - its who she is and she couldn't be anything else !!
