chelle Olly is too knackered from being THE most energetic baby in THE WHOLE WORLD and all his bouncing and you are knackered from a silly squeaky bed and Jack that thinks 2am crying is funny! ......... sweet dreaming!

Luke has slept 11.30 until 7 the last two nights . He has a horrible cough at the moment and he takes a bit of settling but with a muslin next to his cheek he has slept through the night, yay!

Am still up for meet up too but I am also happy to spend my day off with my boys so don't feel that's a pressure for those feeling ill.

Been to see Tangled today which was great! Luke was fascinated by it for a bit, had a feed then went to sleep so I got to see the whole film, just makes it a bit tricky to eat popcorn . We were going to the coast but it is absolutely p*&%ing down here!

I have had a lot more discharge since I had Luke but from what I understand it's because the cervix never closes totally after it's dilated so more can come out anyway. Egg White Cervical mucus is what you get at the time of ovulating and mine does look a lot like that but I have had it a lot more than a few days and it's been 6 weeks since my last period so I'm not sure what it going on really as they went back to being totally regular after ds1 but then I didn't have a coil so perhaps that makes a difference.

I'm getting very excited about ds1's birthday party now, we are going to look at and hopefully book the social club tonight and I have loads of party bag bits watching on my ebay plus he's chosen his cake and I have the template made up. It's not until April but I am usually so disorganised and I want him to have what he wants as it's the first birthday party he's had and I don't intend to do one every year so he'll have to wait a while for the next one. He wants everything dinosaur

Dh is still not normal after his dream about dss :(. He usually drinks more than I'd like but has stopped the last few days and is very tense and quiet too. Also he doesn't want to have sex and his not his usual cuddly self. I guess he's sorting things out in his mind but I feel really shut out which I never have with him before :(

I had Grace weighed today and she's 18lb 12oz!! She's on the 91st centile now so all my worrying about her cutting bottles out etc was for nothing

Well! I go away for a few days and there are 3 pages of new thread! You chatter boxes!

Don't worry cinammon - Im fine! Beadit, Banana and Bearbrains just commandeered (sp!?)me for a few days! We had a lovely few days together and all the babies got on really well. There are several pics of facebook.

I also now have several witnesses to the fact that Olly is NON-STOP! Unless he is asleep he wants to be bouncing himself up and down! He is so strong its unreal!

Beadit is also very jealous of how neatly Olly eats his food! Hehe Cue Jack with spinach on his head, nose and pretty much whole head and Olly with a clean face and empty bowl!

First night in his proper cot tonight - not going great so far - one crying episode half hour after he went down and lots of shuffling about at the min.... We'll see how much sleep Mummy gets tonight....am not hopeful.

Oh by the way - we haven't done away with Banana - she is away at her parents for another couple of days!

I hope your meet goes ahead and goes well tomorrow - I hope its as fun as ours was.

Olly, 21+3

It's his bottom right newmum001, he's been chewing like crazy the last few days. I bought some bickiepegs on Monday and they are great for chomping!!

Cinnamon - could you please tell me where you got the bickie pegs from? I cant find any!

arlo doesnt have any teeth,but,apparently....he can shuffle around crawl .

How exciting frigg ! My niece has learnt to crawl a bit but can only go backwards!

I had a lovely day today!
Spent this morning at babytalk with Phoebe and the other moms and tots. A lady came in to talk to us about clothes and styles that would suit us, colour make up etc and she is also a life coach so we had some of that too. Picked up the boys and dropped them all back to DH and took off for lunch in a friends house. There were 5 of us and stayed til 7pm. Was all wine, pimms, champers and tea! Good fun and great nattering.

Hope you all have a wonderful catch up tomorrow - such a pity Im so far away :(

No teeth for Aphra yet, but she can roll over if you put her on her front, propped up on her arms - it's a little bit of a topple combined with a roll but it counts! She is genuinely moving around a little bit now, as opposed to just up and down.

Mum came over yesterday and brought the Ikea highchair that so many people have - and it's been really useful already. Aphra is really getting into the weaning now; she had bits of muesli from my bowl, porridge from Mum's bowl, bits of pear (all for breakfast), then some more fruit at lunchtime, and this evening she gummed down just about all of a stalk of broccoli - that is, what didn't go down her front or on the floor! Plus gumming a piece of venison from our casserole... it's fun this is!

Natter natter, I leave you for half a day and there's another page to catch up on!

Mary's in the Shuffle Club too, and she's mastered flipping herself from back to front, and front to back :) And she's now experimenting with getting her knees underneath her when on her front... won't be long!

I think she and I will be cutting teeth together - she's dribbly and whiny, and munching her fist. She likes to chew on my chin and I can feel sharp points every now and again both top and bottom. As for me, I want to be dribbly, and whiny, but I can't fit my fist in my mouth to reach my final sodding wisdom tooth, which has picked this year to sprout! :o

Ha ha ha....... not much action on here today! Really hope all of you hoping to go on the meet up were able to make it and had tons of fun!

Jack is REALLY yanking at his ear now and especially when he's sleepy or just coming round. He also really kind of claws at me when i'm settling him to sleep and has had a rash around his chin and cheeks today

Jack is rolling but from back to front not the other way round and gets on his knees with his bum high up in the air! Rudeeeeey nudeeeeey styley is the funniest!

seachelle ...... you recovered a bit now my sweet??? I can definitely vouch for Seachelle's Oliver being THE MOST energetic fellow in the world. If he had a trampoline he'd be on Pluto by the third bounce!!
I bet Chelle has melon sized bruises on her thighs given the way he abuses his poor mummy!
And yes...... he puts Jack to shame with table manners! Does NOT waste a drop!!!

Hello hello! A fab meet-up was had, many thanks to saoirse and sister aswalia (sp?) for food & venue! It took me ages to get back, annoyingly, because of train delays and suchlike, but worth it. Beautiful weather too!

I didn't take many photos cos my phone was v low on battery, but I will post links to them in the next post.

Well it was lovely to meet those you who could make it yesterday, it's a shame we couldn't meet you all, but I suppose arranging it for everyone is a tall order!

Well, I went to yoga after the meet up yesterday so should have felt all calm and relaxed, but no. My back hurts, my one leg hurts and my other bum cheek. It's at a buddhist centre and you'd think the instructor would be quite chilled but he's so strict about doing the poses right. I don't think he cares about my sore bum!

Orlaith slept much much better last night. She went to sleep at 10.30 and only woke at 4 and 6. I'm a much happier mummy today. I hope it continues. I'm still trying the muslin next to her and put a bit of milk on it as suggested by frigg so maybe that helped.

I'm having a chilled day today with my gorgeous girl. Still in my pyjamas and have already been caught by a fed ex man who I think was a bit at my distictly cold and dangly boobies in my jim jam top. Hehe!
