Nope dont think Im pregnant and really hope not! Had one awful period a couple of weeks ago. Worse than the bleeding after giving birth. Went back on nuvaring then so fingers crossed its doing what is should and its all just pmt and discharge. I would crack if I were pregnant again. I dont think I could physically handle another pregnancy the last was so bad and Im just barely keeping a handle on my sanity at the moment! 3 is fun but its all go! and I have yet to go back to work ...Also planning for new house is for 3 bedrooms so no room at the inn!!

sassy DH went green when I said you were pregnant! His face was priceless - thanks for that! Im delighted for you and if anyone can pull it off its you girlie! There is on ly 16monts between my Ds's. The first year was tough but more tiring rather than scary. And there were just so many great times and lovely love moments. They are best buddies now and always have someone to play with and miss each other when one is missing. Im so glad I had them close together. Now just dont abandon us to start another thread!

Frigg you are daft! Loved it .. a whole thread that made barely any sense at all...totally suited my day!! Grin

Dixiebell · 22/02/2011 03:00

2.30 this morning. cinnamon, you there?!

sassy34264 · 22/02/2011 07:30

Thanks everyone. Yes I'm definitely nutty! Itch, got my 1st morning sickness. Oh I remember it too well, think I should have waited for the memories to fade!

mammyg ha to your dh's face, it probably wasn't dissimilar to dp's face when I told him I was late! Ha. It's all his fault anyway, I have text evidence of me asking him if I should get a coil fitted in jan and him replying that he didn't know whether I should. And once again 2 weeks later I'm pregnant! comix it's only been a few times for us- we are just very fertile together I think. I. said to dp you must have super sperm- he replied and you must have a very hospitable womb! Hehehe. Watching to much hospital programmes with him I think. Smile x

cinnamongreyhound · 22/02/2011 07:36

Don't want to jinx myself but I think I've found something to help him sleep through Dixiebell. He's been sleeping better in the day if I put the blanket next to his face or when in his snow suit, last night he was up at 11.30 and didn't settle straight away so I put a muslin next to his cheek, he turned his face to it and shut his eyes. He then slept until 7 Grin, let's see what tonight brings!!

saoirse86 · 22/02/2011 09:27

I think I'm going mad! I seriously just can't cope with these sleepless nights. Last night went like this:
10.00 Orlaith goes to sleep
10.40 Wakes up crying
12.00 The dog starts whinging
1.40 Orlaith wakes up
4.00 Wakes up again
6.00 And again
7.10 DP's stupid alarm goes off and wakes her up but she settles again
7.20 STUPID alarm again, this time wakes her up properly

I am sooooooo tired. Sad

Oh no, she's just gone to sleep again, I better have a shower quick and wake myself up a bit more.

newmum001 · 22/02/2011 09:42

Just marking my place again as i haven't posted in a while and lost the thread.

Congratulations Sassy, i must admit my face went a little green when i read that your pregnant again. I'm just about managing with one atm! I'm soooo happy for you though Grin

JodeyBogeyPicker · 22/02/2011 19:17

I'm back ladies. Had such a lush time but missed my little man terribly.

sassy what fab news. So happy for u all.

I too still haven't had a period but have been ovulating for the last 3 weeks!!! It must be coming soon.

mellymooks · 22/02/2011 22:11

sassy WOW congrats, that is amazing news!!

Wish I could come to the meet on Thurs, hope you all have a lovely time.

Just had a week with my Mum visiting so trying to recover from the stress now Wink shouldn't it be easier with an extra person there, so why do I always feel more exhausted after a visit?!

Flynn is doing well though still not sleeping more than 3 hours at a time, and he only seems to have about 2 hours of sleep in total in the day, I don't know how he keeps going.

cinnamongreyhound · 22/02/2011 22:23

? Ovulating for 3 weeks JodeyBogeyPicker. Glad you had a good time and the boys coped without you!

Don't know how anyone does it Mellymooks, no way my mum could ever stay with me!!!!

Sorry your sleep is so disrupted saoirse86, sleep when she does during the day just to catch up a bit. Hope it improves soon :)

FriggFRIGG · 23/02/2011 09:01

happy to see you melly i know what you mean...my Dsis came to stay,on and off for a month,it was so lovely to see her and her DD,im compleatly knackered nowGrin

sooo,we've all been struck down by the flu,DD temp is really high, coughing, runny nose, she keeps saying,my body hurtsSad
i feel pretty much the same, and im sure Arlo is too,his nose is streaming.

i really, really hope iit goes away before tomorow!

as i really dont know if i can travel lkke this/ i dont ant to infect you all

Sad Sad Sad

JodeyBogeyPicker · 23/02/2011 09:39

My friend's little one (who was supposed to be coming over to me today) is also full of cold so has decided not to come till next week now so it'll be just me tomorrow.

cinnamon Yes, 3 weeks of (TMI) clear stretchy gunk when i go to the loo. I think this is what happens around ovulation time. I normally (before being pg) had it for a few days a couple of weeks before I was due on but this is just never ending. It goes away for a couple of days so i think thats it and then I get another couple of days with it. Not quite sure whats going on there!!!

Also, I've lost the Spotted Dog thread. Where can I find it again????

FriggFRIGG · 23/02/2011 09:43

here jodey

JessemyParkson · 23/02/2011 09:55

Jodey it's here

And on the TMI alert, what you're experiencing is what I'm getting too?? I'm also intermittently getting a low backache too, just like in the run up and during a period.

Frigg it's the same here - we're all icky and snotty too. If you're not coming, I may not come too, as DS has an awful cough and is just very full of cold. Add to that DH doesn't like me going on LD drives by myself (grr!)

JessemyParkson · 23/02/2011 09:55

lol x-post frigg

FriggFRIGG · 23/02/2011 09:58

why do illnesses always come at the 'wrong' times?!i really really want to go,i havent been anywhere nearly as fun for years (wow, thats really patheticSad)
but i feel like its really unfair of me to go,and i feel like utter crapola!

saoirse86 · 23/02/2011 10:35

Noooooooooo, stupid illnesses about to ruin all our fun!

Well, just when I thought Orlaith's sleeping couldn't get any worse, last night came along to prove me wrong! I made the mistake of trying to put her to bed an hour earlier and dropping her first feed. She punished me by waking every hour after that!

Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

saoirse86 · 23/02/2011 10:39

Oh and I've had the same discharge too for about 2 or 3 weeks. Is that what it is, ovulating? I've already had 3 periods with not so much discharge before them so why is it different now? Confused

JessemyParkson · 23/02/2011 10:39

Tell me about it. We've been popping paracetamols like no tomorrow here, but still feeling grotty and cold. I went to church on Sunday, and I wish I hadn't now. DH didn't go, and he's much better now

FriggFRIGG · 23/02/2011 10:47

im soooo tired, neither of them slept last night...and now i feel insaney guilty,DD wont nap,so i closed the door and came downstairs, shes screaming her head off up thereSad i think i'll go back up in a minuite...i feel like such an evil mummy right now.

FriggFRIGG · 23/02/2011 10:52

well,shes downstairs already

JodeyBogeyPicker · 23/02/2011 11:01

Saisore as I understand it, the clear sticky discharge is what you get just before you are about to release an egg (ovulate) meaning you are very fertile. I think it's so sticky/stretchy to help the sperm on their journey. At least that what I remember. Could be wrong though.

boo to illness too! Hope we can still meet but not to worry if not.

saoirse86 · 23/02/2011 11:53

Well comix has booked a train ticket and cinnamon has booked the day off so I think we should still meet up. I could see if any other mums I know from ante natal groups want to come if we want to make up numbers to make it feel more worthwhile. Just a suggestion, I won't be offended if you all tell me no! Grin

FriggFRIGG · 23/02/2011 11:58

ive booked a ticket too,and childcare for DD...im still holding out hope that i'll be better by tomorow...

comixminx · 23/02/2011 12:01

I haven't booked a train ticket, just identified which trains I'll be getting. But am stlll up for it if everyone else is.... Well apart from the sickly ones of course. Sad
