it appears I posted the last post... so here's a new thread

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

What's your accountancy course for Ekka? Do enjoy your night away, i hope the hotel has a spa Grin Glad to hear M is a bit better.

Still here, still no sign. I spent the morning shopping with a friend and the afternoon asleep in bed! Blush Going to pick Pops up soon.

Honeymoonmummy · 21/03/2011 22:07

Where is everyone today??

StarExpat · 22/03/2011 08:53

In the delivery room, waiting for you to come and have a baby! Wink Grin

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/03/2011 08:58

Grin star. Shall we boycott the thread until hmm gives birth?!

D better thank you whoever was asking.

J now has temp and had a terrible night, but I suspect it's down to teething from the way he was ramming his fists in his mouth whilst crying. The others got their first tooth around 9 months, and he's 8.5, so timing is right!

Ekka · 22/03/2011 11:03

Oh, poor J, teething is awful really. Glad to hear D is better though.

My course is a thorough update on IFRS as I haven't been near accountancy stuff for 4 years, so I figured one of those brief 1/2 day updates was probably not going to come anywhere near what I need to catch up on Grin. I'm booked in at the Waldorf through one of the 'top secret' hotel deals on lastminute, but as I'm hoping to go out for dinner with friends tomorrow and Thurs evening I doubt I'll actually get to use the spa. Tbh just an undisturbed nights sleep will be bliss!

M's tummy is still not quite right (liquid poos - yuk!) and he isn't wanting to eat much unsurprisingly, so he is a bit washed out and grumpy. Mind you, I think he may also be milking it a bit, because if he gets distracted from himself he cheers up wonderfully!!!! Still, I hope he is on the mend.

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/03/2011 12:00

I spoke too soon. D has just thrown up again. Luckily he'd just gone outside!

pepperrabbit · 22/03/2011 14:38

Poor D, that's no fun CSWS, how are you getting on this week? Is this the week your mum's with you?
Ekka- enjoy your course and a couple of days as a grown up with loads of sleep!
HMM - are you boycotting us now? or.... Smile here's hoping!
myjob - well done Naomi on her PT. J still acts like she's allergic to the potty Hmm.
J has a cough today, looks like she's brewing something, probably just in time for thursday and me going to work SadAngry

Ekka · 22/03/2011 20:39

Oh no CSWS, poor D. As I posted on fb, I hope that it doesn't linger as long as M's has (and lets hope P doesn't come down with it too).

My looking forward to my course has been rather spoilt by M being sick again this evening. Not sure whether its still the bug or just that he is gagging over lumps as he's worried about them and thus making himself sick. He's absolutely skin and bones poor poppet as all he wants is oatmilk, which is hardly full of nutrition and with being sick and his liquid nappies, its really taking it out of him. Dh will be taking him to the docs again tomorrow Sad. Just hope this all gets sorted soon as its all starting to get to me now....

I hope J doesn't come down with anything Pepper, I was cheerfully informed today that chicken pox, conjunctivitis and a nasty stomach bug are all going the rounds - aaarrrrggghhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it's still a semi-break myjob, as my parents are both here in the end so sharing the work. Unfortunately, as Ekka has seen on fb, J threw up this evening too, so he now has a sickness bug on top of his teething! He's been in bed since about 6, but stirring every few mins and I'm having to put his music on remotely to help him settle back off.

I forgot to say thank you in my earlier post btw, as the pants arrived today :).
I love receiving parcels, and I've had loads recently as been buying up stuff on ebay. Am finally getting round to selling a few bits too though, and have a couple of pregnant friends who I'll hopefully be able to pass a load of basic bits on to. Seeing one set at the weekend actually, who are having J's rear facing car seat, so must sort some neutral bits to offer them too.
Still no sign of dd's knickers though. Or a load of Boden stuff that was sorted ages ago ready to sell. Am sure I even know which box one or the other is in, but dh can't find it in the loft.

Right, must go to bed. Night all.

(any sign of a baby hmm?)

StarExpat · 22/03/2011 21:19

I think she's having him now...

KSal · 22/03/2011 21:31

myjob 'feisty' is a polite way of describing Emma since we potty trained... its like she has decided that now she doesn't need me to change nappies etc she rules the world... she's driving me nuts at the moment.

PT is generally going well, although she did regress a little over the weekend, we seem to be getting back on track and got through toddler group with no fuss today.

star do you know that about? or are you basing it on her not being on FB for a while? Exciting.

Honeymoonmummy · 22/03/2011 22:15

Hellooooo! Still here, still PG, went for a nearly 3 mile walk round local forest today and still not in labour Angry altho this evening have had a few uncomfortable BHs which is unusual for me. So Star, you never know, by 10am tomorrow.... You will probably have lost yet another bet! Grin

Ekka, let me know the name of that course cos I will need one of those when I go back to work!! Waldorf, niiiice EnvySmile Hope M feels better soon, poor love x

Ooh, another tightening. I am so bunged up at the moment though, it's hard to tell if it's period pains or constipation Hmm I suspect the latter.

I rang midwife office today to see if I could get an extra sweep today, due another one on Friday, I made appt and told them to tell her I want another sweep and to call me when she was in if not possible. Got call back from receptionist to say midwife said she couldn't do sweep today - I feel strangely rejected BlushGrin

Pops came out 7 days late which is tomorrow.

Honeymoonmummy · 22/03/2011 22:18

Oh forgot to say, I will try to get on here/ FB if anything happens but if I disappear and anyone feels so inclined my latest Moby no is on facebook, it's changed since we all went to Warwick. We should do that again this summer...
