Sarah thanks for remembering that DS's birthday is next Sunday - 1 year I can't really believe it!

Over here... DS hasn't been very well. Apart from a bad cough, blocked nose, lots of snot he has been vomiting very day!! This is not new... he has done this before, but not for more than a week. I'm going to call the GP just to check, because he has lost some weight. There is no pattern, apart from it's always after a meal, hee doesn't cough... he just makes a first attempt to vomit, we try to distract him and then... very thing comes out.

Pacific that cough sounds bad though glad you finally got it checked out and the ABs are helping. Though your story made me want to wag a virtual finger at you about taking care of yourself lady - for the sake of the skiing if nothing else . PS Saw you mention plans for what you'll knit grandchildren on another thread and I was . I've recently been v into knitting - I made my first baby jumper for a friend's daughter and you'd swear I'd cracked the meaning of life!

Pixie sorry to hear DD2 is poorly again. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the GOSH tests are OK.

IWCAS am no expert but I have a friend who get discharge when she ovulates...could it be that? If I were you I'd be off down the GPs though.

And a list with initials would be great (though I'm also not too bothered about using my DS's name since the surname's not included).

Evitas I just cannot believe that V is about to turn 1 - I still remember hearing about his birth and it does not feel like a year ago! Good idea to call the GP about the vomiting...

Not much going on with me, other than have also had a snotty coughing baby. The coughing has been quite distressing at times, usually at meal-times when a particularly bad coughing session will result in copious amounts of vomit...but he seems well otherwise so not too worried.

PS a big well done to Dalrymps, here's to the first small step on a very exciting journey

Can't believe V is nearly one, evitas. I have never known a year fly faster than this one.

Yes, DD is still enjoying her cot. She slept there from 7.30 to 1 last night. I then tried to bring her in with me for a feed but she wouldn't settle so I put her back in her cot at 2.30 and she slept there until 5, when she did come in with me and slept until DS's potty antics (don't ask) woke us up at 6.45.

Unfortunately she's barely napped today - just half an hour - so no idea what tonight will be like. Am very much looking forward to bedtime: children's and mine. It's been a day of tantrums (DS) and nausea (me - am presumably coming down with some lovely nursery bug).

Isobel is much better, in fact the croupy cough only really lasted one night. We all have colds now though :( Hope everyone else's poorly LOs are recovering as well.

Things very manic here with 3 ill children, grant applications, job interview (today, eek) and cannot BELIEVE some of you are preg again (congratulations pixie, manda, anyone else?)! I am never ever ever having another baby, and if I ever waver I just watch OBEM (although the Polish girl was amazing last night, wasn't she? and the male MW was lovely - maybe you can get a job in Southampton when you've qualified dalrymps and be colleagues )
