I agree. My post up thread has a few suggestions to try to appeal to Trump’s nature. Apparently he’s a huge fan of Churchill, he even has a bust of him in his office. Charles needs to make it clear his popularity ratings now, and his legacy, are 2 separate things - does he want to be a man who goes down in history as standing up to bullies, gaining worldwide respect, or does he want to join them for the sake of the dollar? They need to find that emotional weak spot.

And yet, that’s what’s happening? Everyone in the world is bowing down to him and Musk, allowing them to trample democracy and world order and piss over it all? I’m just beside myself.

Trump is so far gone I wouldn't be surprised if he did cede Alaska to Putin.

I have plenty of friends there and they’re utterly appalled. But that’s the half who didn’t vote for him. Who knows the other half. But to be honest I think you’d be shocked what your countrymen are capable of when push comes to shove. Lots of people are just awful.

Grudges are his huge weakspot. Neither he, nor Vance, can get past a grudge.

I actually applauded Trump’s success in getting into the Whire House, but it was an absolute disgrace to see how he was treated today. He was piled on by both Trump and Vance, who were trying to force Zelensky into thanking the US and kiss their feet. They showed absolutely no respect whatsoever for the Ukrainian president, spoke over him and insulted him as a person. It was bullying behaviour - appalling. In sharp contrast to Starmer’s arse licking performance yesterday. Clearly Starmer was sent over there with instructions from Charles to fawn and flatter Trump, because that appeals to Trumps very large ego.
