Oh I am glad Bidisha has blogged. I PM'd her last night. That's v good of her because she had a deadline.

Yy to font's suggestion of guest bloggers. I have an email for the press office of Occupy London and there are loads of good people. I think it's very important to have links to other groups. No point in reinventing the wheel.

I like the idea we're a one-stop-shop for frothing. I will have a read and pop back later. I will try to answer the blogging stuff too.

I has to set up an email for the twitter account. It might be a useful general frothers' email for coordinating things?? It's frothers @ hotmail.co.uk without the spaces. Anyone interested in volunteering to keep an eye on it?

The blog has had over 1200 hits - that is a LOT for a new blog in the the first few days.

That sounds a lot (I know nothing about these things!). Hopefully the coverage from Bidisha will move things a long a bit.

How do we get the blog to show on Google? When I do a search it doesn't appear although the FB page does.

I can track mentions using Google analytics. I will try to set this up to go to the frothers' inbox.

I found with google that too many other things have the phrase "too many cuts" so it doesn't come up straight away.

There are ways to manipulate google (in fact I'm sure there's several people on MN whose job it is to do this for companies!) I think it involves referencing and linking back to the blog as often as possible. So keep putting links to it on twitter on your fb page, blog etc and that will help move it up the list.

KnottyLocks Did you still want to be added to the blog (as a writer or admin?) PM me your email please (you need a google one).

I've just added toomanycuts and too many cuts to tags on the last few posts on the blog. I've also been clicking on the Facebook page via Google.

Oh, yes. Good idea with the tags. We need to make sure we put the relevant tags on - who is good with SEO?

I am trying out Stumbleupon for my blog atm, as a blogger told me that it was really good for getting hits on the blog. Seems to be working well, will see if it makes a difference.
