Dutch - Yes i have a one year old little boy.

All ok in DippyLand - time just seems to be flying by - Phoebe starts pre-school after Christmas!!!!! Other two are enjoying school and growing much faster than I want them too

Prayers a plenty for all those suffering sickness or distress.

Newbie here but please can you all pray for the family of a little boy in my son's class who lost their daddy today. It was very sudden and the dad was very involved in the local community, church, school etc.....thank you.

I read and pray regularly for everyone on here, but don't know what to post most of the time, so end up not posting.

All going well in the positive house. DD3 (CFS/ME sufferer) has reduced her education sessions and this has really made life easier for her. She is now more the lovely DD that we know and love and not the stroppy teenager who is too tired to be nice to anyone.

By any chance is anyone going to the ladies conference in Ealing next Saturday? I am travelling up with a group, just wondered if any of you were attending.

Hi ladies - can you keep on praying for us as we all still have the nasty Venezuelan cold dh and I picked up - I now "officially" have pleurisy, so am feeling crappy. Have also had to go back on to the anti-psychotic meds I was on in January as I am struggling a lot with the depression since we got home. Plus my anti-depressant has been changed, so am in the limbo between tablets, which is hard!

Dd1 has been off school all week with cough/cold/temp and I'm starting to worry about her attendance, as it must have fallen below 90% by now which triggers a visit from the attendance police, and I'm not sure I can cope with that right now.

Loads of prayers for all. Really good evangelism conference on Friday - so much to be thankful for.

Praying WM, for healing for you. If you can, with everything you're having to contend with, see it as a time for rest and reflection. Focus on the Lord, and seek his guidance - in the words of the hymn "As I travel through the bad and good, keep me traveling the way I should; where I see no way to go you'll be telling me the way, I know". Seek consolation in your desolation. God bless.

We have another sick family here. I'm still coughing fit to bust, DH is struggling too. Not only with the painful leg and DVT, but he twisted his ankle at the weekend. And then the final clincher, his gout returned in his foot last night. Because of the warfarin, he can't take his gout tablets, and can only take limited other pain relief. Consequently, he is in a LOT of pain... and instead of going to the Dr this morning, he's had to go into work! Have just phoned him up and nagged him. Kids are still coughing too. We all want to be fit for Disneyland this w/e

thanks to GOD for mums move which went so well, all her prayers were answered, lots of helpers at each end, despite the forecast the rain stayed off.
its lovely to know she is just 5 mins walk away.

How's your back Mufti. Glad that your mum has made it closer to you. How lovely.

Looks like ds1 may have swine flu. Ds2 had something mild, with a temperature earlier last week. Prayers of thanksgiving that it didnt cause a major asthma flair up. DS1 being very brave, but feeling ghastly.

Hope your coughs are improving Mary and that Dh's legs are being less painful.

MJIM and I had a lovely day yesterday. It was a very long day, not helped by the fact that the directions from the internet they had didn't lead them to our house and I had to do it over the phone, which is hard because we are not car drivers. But it all worked out and they got home safely last night.
