Oh FourArms - so hard for them all. Poor Diane. I sincerely hopes she makes the Wedding, such a special day. Praying for strength for them all, do keep us updated when you can, thank you.

Soooo sorry about your job Mary. Grrr Silly people! Prayers that His will will be done, and that you will be at peace until the right thing comes along. I'm sure that there is something coming for you. I was thinking about poor old Joseph on his journey to being a great leader in Egypt. He had to wait very patiently in prison for rather a long while - particularly when the wine taster forgot his promise to mention him to Pharoah - but he got there in the end! (Not suggesting that you are about to found a new nation, but y'know what I mean! )

Prayers for everyone on here. prayers for LTSF with the packing up,even though you probably wont have time to read this!

Just wanted to share a real answer to prayer we have had here today, just a silly little thing really. DD3 arranged to meet a friend this morning that I feel is not a good influence on her. I was praying last evening that if my feelings were right then I would know how to deal with it. - She is 15 so is really old enough to choose her own friends etc. This morning I was reading a book about spiritual warfare and how we need to pray against the root cause, rather than the effect of that cause. I spent a short while in prayer about this situation and then said "over to you God". I was then shocked when DD came down stairs still preparing to meet up with this friend. I was then driving along having a bit of a rant prayer. We had 30 mins before she was meeting this friend and panic was setting in. I ended up praying "you could alsways stop the bus, God." "or make this other person be called into work" when I clearly felt God tell me to look around and see all the trees/plants and nature around me. And really felt that I was being told that I cannot give God any ideas. He would do it His way, in His time. 10 mins before meet up time DD text me to say that she had fallen asleep and would not get there in time, so had text her friend and they would not be meeting up. Thank you God!!!

Only a small thing, but I just wanted to share it with you all. Just reminded me how important prayer is and how awsome our God is to care about everything we care about. If God does this for a silly little niggly feeling, how much more must we must stand with everyone in prayer for the bigger things in life, like Diane and her family, Dizzy and her babies and everyone else on here. Take heart and pray!!

Prayers would be much appreciated for my sister (who lives with us), who woke up unable to see much out of one eye. An afternoon at the hospital has resulted, which has revealed the eye problem isn't too bad but there's other health issues that might be unless they can treat them well enough. Urk .

Thank you for the prayers, it feels a bit weird because the removals men will be packing, we still have all our stuff out...odd.

Could I ask for prayers for FIL? He has split up with his fiancee (MIL died 4 1/2 years ago). She has been a constant source of stress and disharmony for him, and within the family. It all came to a head last weekend when she told him to pick up his stuff from a mutual friend. Thankfully they hadn't got as far as buying a house together, so he has his own house to come back to but I feel very for him. He gets very lonely, and many times before he has gone back to her to avoid being on his own. Please pray that he finds strength and peace with his own company, and if His plan is for FIL to find someone new, that the right person will present herself, and treat him well.

I'm very exhausted having spent the weekend with two poorly little girls who have slept badly. I'm also not sleeping well as I have loads going round my head about the mission work that we are starting.
