If DD does it again - and I swear she is now doing it deliberately to wind me up - I am going to have to disown her.

I was unaware i was pronouncing February wrong all my life

As a child I used to say Feb-you-ery until I learned better.
My mother says soe-diers instead of soldiers, completely missing out the L sound. Drives me mad!
