I am going to get a large soaker as although the med fits Connor, I have to pull the back up as the rise only just covers his huge boosted bum.(he's 15lb)

Myjob - I think we should have them for when you come back it depends on how fast the Wham can work! I can help you with sizes before you order if you like. Or email me from the site and i'll send you info on the patterns etc we are getting in then if you wish (and can afford) i will happily reserve for you.

4andnotout · 02/10/2009 21:13

I'm going to get a large too, dd3's xl looked huge but once it was over a boosted bbh it was quite low on the bum.

The party dresses are lovely, cream satin emboidered bodices with organza frou frou skirts, dd's 2,3&4 have matching and dd1's is burgundy and cream full length satin. Will take some lush Wnos for underneath dd3 and dd4!

Babybots · 02/10/2009 21:19

Yes ours is Large ds is about 23lb only just fits over night nappy.

I think I got my spray lanolin from bums n roses? It was good but expensive as it didn't last long at all.

My fleece soakers should be here by the end of the week. I should have pictures in a few days of them finished - so will let you all know what I have when I get the pics.

I think I am going to be tempted to keep them!

mumface · 03/10/2009 10:14

Morning, I got a lay in this morning, all 3 slept til 8am! Just aswell as might have a bit of a late night, we are going to the Nottingham Goose fair today. Just trying to decide how to cloth bottoms for car journey when all my hemp inserts are in the wash.
Has anybody used a cushi Tush baby seat? (bit like Bumbo but with moulded tray) I have ordered one from Babykind. I've also got Babylegs coming from BestBuys4baby for £2.99!

Hi, great name for a thread. DD2's cot is being used as a changing table atm and is so full of nappies, wipes and boosters there is just enough room for a totsbots mat - oh and Ruth of course!

DD2 back in nappies after a few days of disps to give her thighs a rest. I thought it was her wraps but am starting to suspect itti bittis, has anybody else had a problem with them? Today she is in her EH with woollywraps shorties.

myjob hope you are liking your WN order now. I got my WN order this week and the SS looked tiny compared to the NN. But it fits dd2 (13lb8) and dd1 (28lb) so looks might be deceivign. Also got credit card bill - ooops

Yes I got the shorter rise SS. I also have the pink/choc ecobub and love it. When (EBF) dd2 pood on my leg my first thought was 'phew just managed to get that ecobub off in time'! That is when I thought my nappy fixation might be getting out of hand!

Octothechildherder · 03/10/2009 11:10

I think the cat one is £4.50 - more are on their way. It is really cute.

Myjob - send me a list through the contact form on the site and will apply the 10% and send you a paypal invoice inc postage.

I have taken all the all-in-ones off the site but still have them/can get anything - just decided was going to focus on two parters as I think they are more reliable. Hence the introduction of weenotions and more coming Also investing capital in building my distrubutor business which is where my ambitions are.

DS3 slept til about 11pm - then stayed up with us for an hour while we watched end of film then went back to sleep til 7am - so wasn't bad at all!!

mumface · 03/10/2009 11:30

My 5 year old Elliot has just asked if you can get a glow in the dark nappy. Could be useful for those middle of the night changes!

mumface had a look, and suddenly thought!!!!!

As far as I know there is no forum where WAHM's can actually advertise their nappies. Would anyone be interested if I looked into a new forum, where we could actually list our items, and let people who are looking for good nappies, find us all? So the threads would be something like The Nappy Garden, The Nappy Wardrobe, Jabula etc - we could each start our own thread, and let other WAHM nappy makers know about the forum as well.

I know it could be abused, and would need moderating and checks, but would it be worth a try.

Hopefully it would get known about, so when people started to hunt for nappies on Google, they would find the forum.
If anyone thinks this is a good idea, does anyone have any bright suggestions for a name for it? Or has anyone done this already?
