ooh I've just found a 10% of voucher in packet Do I need any more encouragement?

BaronConker · 29/08/2009 10:49

kmummy - I really like my easyfits, so don't give up, hopefully a few more washes will sort it. I was going to say that maybe it was a leak from around the legs if your baby's skinny, but it does sound like it's an absorbency thing if the bamboo felt sopping.

The postman knocked on my door this morning and I got all excited thinking that UD had turned around my patchwork pocket in 3 days - but of course it was just my hypnobirthing book being posted back to me by my friend!

Am a bit . We were supposed to be camping but I am poorly. I've had a slightly funny-feeling right ear for ages, every time I swam it filled up with water and made me deaf for about an hour. But of course I ignored it and since swimming with the DSs yesterday (lots of going underwater to find toys, pretend to be a shark etc) I've got a horrible ear infection, am totally deaf on one side and have a throbbing pain going right down my jaw. Also feel quite flu-ey. The GP tried syringing it but it's so inflamed, she couldnt' really get anything into it so I've got drops to put in three times a day. Boo hoo! Boys not impressed about camping being cancelled, feel very guilty. I'm never normally ill, they're a bit baffled by it!

Thank you ladies, i will keep washing and trying....they look nice and slim on so hoping it is just because it needs more washes...lo is chunky legged wasnt leaking from there, i literally could of rung the nappy it was that bad!

He has the popngro on at the minute, looks really bulky though, left out the fleece booster otherwise it gapped by the legs will see how that goes, then we have the bg to try.....!

Have just ordered 3x 3sr mutts before she stops making them...and have a GK minky and UD minky (used) coming too....why did no-one warn me this becomes an addiction very quickly...!

Octothechildherder · 29/08/2009 17:06

there is a mutt on cnt but it is pink

kmummy - have you got the popngro user guide?email me on [email protected] and will send it over. I can use both boosters in mine if I fold the bamboo one at the front.

No fluffy post here either - waiting for my gro baby - but did get the new frugi cataolgue Love their stuff but really don't need anything ds3 is the hand-me-down King

Going out for dinner tonight to friends house - dh driving Then on thursday we are going out for dinner at The Priory in Bath - supposed to be amazing - my parents are babysitting so will be a real treat! Very excited!

kmummy · 29/08/2009 17:26

Octo i dont have the user guide no...il email you now

Must say i LOVE the popngro though, he had it on for two hours so i thought id better change it and he was lovely and dry, there was no moisture inside either which was fab!

Tried the BG and again loved it....he went down for a nap before i could change it and it lasted 4hours and still didnt need changing!

I definatly love those, have been looking for some packages online already, cheapest i can get is 4 popngro for £69 and 5 organic BG (want the popper fastening) for £85, does that sound about right? Im gutted as only have the 3 to trial so am washing them as we speak and hoping i can dry them for tomorrow, i actually hated putting a pampers on him after!

I saw the pink mutt on cnt...i managed to get 3 direct for £33.00...this is it for the stock now isnt it, so thought id do it before it was to late

Octothechildherder · 29/08/2009 18:26

kmummy - I don't have any organic BG but have lots of popngro - only white yellow or aqua - can do ALOT better than £69! - haven't got pop n gro instruction email yet.

I have my second UK stockist for the bags:

nappygarden.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=80&zenid=enbb74295lo9kdevjuesktl0l 3

Yeah - they will have the apples & pears and dig it exclusively for them. Reall pleased as sales are flying! Just need to build my distributorship empire now

Off out - speak tomorrow

BaronConker you have my deeest sympathies, I had an ear infection 3 years ago & it's left me permanently deaf in one ear, please make sure your doctor is treating the infection properly. Hope your feeling better by now.

Octo I'd spied the gro nappies when I was US cyber shopping last week, they look l-o-v-e-l-y & purple IS my favourite colour . . . hope you're enjoying your treats

myjob the butternut BG is a gorgeous colour, I love my BG too, sadly no purple

mumface · 29/08/2009 23:01

I have discovered large blueberry sidesnap works well as a pull up nappy today.
Lewis wants to sit on the loo, play with toilet roll, flush toilet.. etc with no business going on, so I can pull them up after he gets off & is ready for a wee in his nappy

mumface · 30/08/2009 08:10

They sell 5 packs of white or green in my mothercare too.

dawntigga · 30/08/2009 08:16

All nappies washed and looking lovely - perhaps too lovely to use?

mumface · 30/08/2009 08:27

I know what u mean! I am wondering which child to try new nappy on, which is least likely to poo in it (ridiculous thats what it's there for )
