Hello there I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I've just ordered a load of Itti Bitti D'Lish (it wasn't just the colours that made me love them!) and I'm just after some reassurement that they are good?!!! I had a horrible experience with Tots Bots (actually that's unfair, they just weren't as good as I thought they'd be) so go on..... give me some positive attitude please ladies...?

thebluefoxategreensocks · 30/01/2009 21:42

cyteen: great, thanks for letting me know. Hope you get on well with it. x

4andnotout · 30/01/2009 22:01

4and - how much are you looking for for your XS Sandy's? And how many do you have?

swampster · 30/01/2009 22:06

MummyElk, I love Ittis with a vengeance (just have two large for DS2 but planning on a couple of mediums for DS3 when he finally is born and is big enough to go in them. I don't find them as reliable as my BG V3s but they are so slim and strokably gorgeous it doesn't really matter.

4andnotout · 30/01/2009 22:11

swampster i think i have 2 xs and the rest are s. Will have a sort out tommorow.

lollipopmother · 30/01/2009 22:30

4andnotout - The wraps are for 15-30lbs, I know they don't fit over Sandy's as the legs are too low so the wrap doesn't quite fit, but they fitted over my Bamboozles ok.

Sunflower - Where is the Itti coming from, is it pre-loved?

AnnVan - Sorry to hear that your DP is a complete wanker .

lollipopmother · 30/01/2009 22:32

Mummyelk - Itti's are awesome, love them! They are so slim, lovely colours and great material. I find they are very absorbent for their thinness but I know others that don't. The only problem I have occasionally is that DDs vest manages to get inside the legs of the nappy so they get a bit wet, it never happens if she's wearing tights and in any case the clothes are never wet enough to take them off or anything.

swampster have a V3 BG in green. Interested in a swap? Beehind? Alternatively, have a ton of cotton Tots Bots (size 1)

swampster · 30/01/2009 22:55

Awwww shucks, Ilovemydog, I've got BG V3s coming out of my ears! And Tots too!

thebluefoxategreensocks · 31/01/2009 08:45

As much as I totally love the Baby Beehinds I got the other day, afraid Benjamin (who wears them! LOL) doesn't! I think they're fab....and so absorbant, but Benjamin hates to feel wet (hence me sometimes during the day changing his nappy 3-5 times within 1 hour!! to keep him from scratching). So, I think with his particular likes/dislikes, and sensitive skin with eczema, I really need to go back to totally fleece lined stuffable nappies instead - trying to find some cotton/bamboo ones instead of the Fluffles I've been using.

So, with the world wide shortage of bamboo Baby Beehinds LOL - does anyone want to buy some? I have 3 in total - bright orange, bright green, and a natural/cream coloured one. The green & orange ones are both missing a single popper (one for when it's used at the smallest setting, and one for the largest setting) but there are plenty of poppers left, and they're perfectly functional anyway, as I've tried! And the cream one, really looks as new. They're all stain free, lovely & soft, etc. Soooo, anyone looking for any?

lollipopmother · 31/01/2009 08:50

Oh bad luck Rachel, what a shame. I think the Babeco Bootylicious is fleece lined and bamboo, I had my eye on them for a while but none ever came up on the 2nd hand market. You should get some WNNN, they're awesome.

mumoftoby · 31/01/2009 09:10

Hello Everyone, Sorry to burst in on your thread. Rachel, wee notions have told me to get back to them about creating a Night Notions in XL if I can't find a suitable night napopy elsewhere for my large 2 yo son? (lollipop has made me really want some for him!) Would you also be interested in that for Benjamin? I just don't want to get back to them and ask them to make the pattern if it is just for me who will only order 2/3.

cyteen · 31/01/2009 09:11

rachel how much are you asking for the BBs?

thebluefoxategreensocks · 31/01/2009 09:42

mumoftoby: As much as I'd like a Wee Notion, afraid I usually try to go for cheaper nappies. So not sure I'd really be in the market for a WN new - sorry! I'm a bit more of a bargain hunter!

cyteen: Was thinking of £5.50 each for the 2 coloured ones and £6.75 for the cream coloured one. Or good deal for all together!

swampster · 31/01/2009 10:39

Rachel - please hold a couple of BBH until Ilovemydog gets here!

thebluefoxategreensocks · 31/01/2009 10:48

swampster: OK.

thebluefoxategreensocks · 31/01/2009 14:53

Very quiet here today - guess everyone's out - possibly enjoying the nice weather? We have sunshine here and been quite a nice day. Had a walk in a local wood this morning - good to get the fresh air (think it helped my asthma) but now have a sore back. Seems I don't feel like too much exercise at this point (31+ weeks preg).

ceb80 · 31/01/2009 17:25

rachel if no other takers I would be interested in your cream bbh but appreciate that others got in there first!

AnnVan · 31/01/2009 18:24

Rachel what size are your baby beehinds?

cyteen · 31/01/2009 18:33

rachel I'll bag the green OR orange BBH if possible, but happy to leave the others up for grabs (they're like gold dust I tell thee ).

thebluefoxategreensocks · 31/01/2009 18:53

Doing childrens' baths/bed just now - so will pop on here again shortly. x

ilovemydogandMrObama · 31/01/2009 19:15

Oh well. Missed the cream one

4notout it's official -- if you keep nappies around, they will get used again!

thebluefoxategreensocks · 31/01/2009 19:58

ilovemydogandMrObama: Well, swampster asked me to keep a couple until you got here - it was only cyteen who asked first, and she wants a green or orange one. Sooo, I think it's only fair to let you have the cream one, if you want it - since I was asked to hold some for you. So, do or don't you want it?

cyteen: you were here first, so you can pick which one you want (orange or green). I meant to mention that the orange one, on it's small (most inner) insert, there are a couple of small orange & pink marks - not nappy related, and purely cosmetic - and are hidden when in use by the larger insert on top. Also, it's a popper for the smaller setting/booster (tho it doesn't shift anyway), that's missing on the orange one - and a popper for the larger setting that's missing on the green one. As said earlier tho, plenty of poppers left and they work fine anyway - but just in case you want to pick colour depending on which is missing.

ceb80: Swampter had asked me to keep a couple for ilovemydog, so just waiting to see if she wants the cream or not. Otherwise you can be next in line.

AnnVan: the BBH are one size/birth to potty, tho (in my opinion) fitting up to potty training would depend on the size/build of child.

If anyone wants to see photos, let me know and I can put some up tonight.

cyteen · 31/01/2009 20:00

rachel my DS is a chunkster so think I will take the orange Thanks, will paypal you tomorrow.
