Hi, I sent my sons DLA form back in march. I hadn’t had confirmation via email or letter after two weeks so I called the DLA office and they said that the scan date was the 23rd march but that a decision wouldn’t be reached for 15 weeks so looking like July time for me. I was wondering if anyone else had problems with communication from them as I’m getting confirmation for anything

@vix1988 unfortunately it just literally a waiting game I've been told 3 different things my scan date is 10th Feb and still waiting I rang last week as was told I should hear by 3rd week of May but not getting my hopes up as time as wait times seems to always change

Oh wow hopefully something will come soon for you then. I sent off a lot of info from school, his diagnosis letter and his application from school to get him an EHCP in place. I thought that it would a be clear cut yes or no but reading some comments maybe not.

Quick question, has anyone else's child been referred to the neurodevelopment team by cahms for adhd assessment before? I was told originally that it would be a online assessment with healios, now there saying she's been referral to neurodevelopment team instead. I'm confused.

My daughter has been done by neurodevelpomnet team they was great healious is a outside company that helps alder hey get number down

About 6 months just keep phoning them and c if they have cancellation apps x

@LYWHBJJL I'm the same mine is a change of circumstances and was told 24 weeks. They received mine on the 21st/jan/2023 so just waiting x
