Ok I have to hand in 6000 words of my dissertation by 31st October.

So far I have done er ...nothing!! I have downloaded most of the articles I need but havent even scanned through them yet to start writing.

I need to do about 2000 words a week for the next 3 weeks to get this in

Please help i just keep spending time on here and facebook and doing nothing

Have made a plan to finish the ironing, clean out the rabbits (NSPCC will come soon if I don't - kids at school) then after school lunch time will write something down.

Was invited out by friends to commiserate not getting a job I recently went for so I went out for a chinese.

Took till teatime to get the ironing done so I am afraid i did bu**er all again. Am just about to go to work and am workin again tomorrow. Have to have something concrete for Thursday when i meet up with my tutor. Motivation is so hard. Very dosappointed in myself.

Not long in Mars after being at mum and dad's for Sunday lunch. Now before you shout at me I help mum out with Dad who is 90yrs old and has Alzheimers. I think she needed some company today. Anyway, I helped get him to bed and gave him his medication (he also has glaucoma needing 3 sets of eye drops and a chest problem requiring a nebuliser and steroid inhaler).

I have to say I partook of a glass of wine also.

Tomorrow is another day as they say!
