Some of you will have read my threads on my neighbours but we are pushing to get moved, having the housing manager coming out tomorrow and I want to get out of here. My SIL is in Bolton and I have expressed an inerested in 2 houses up there. Homeless won't help because the police can't give me a letter, council want to me to start the eviction process (ie complain and get them to sort it out or face eviction) but I can't do that as I know it will make things worse. Now I need some help to get us moved, I have 2 disabled kids and they can't live like this, and I have to go out a lot for appointments etc and its so scary going out. Please help me.

GROWL !!!!!

You Go Girl !!!

BTW... erm, sorry to harp on 'n all....

BUT WILL YOU PLEASE CALL THE GP SPARKLY OR I WILL NOT TAKE OFF CAPS LOCK AND I'LL SEND ROUND THE LIMO WITH THE STRIPPERS AND THEY WILL ALL BE GORGEOUS BUT YOU WILL HAVE A 'NO TOUCH' POLICY APPLIED TO YOU AND THEY WILL BE EATEN ALIVE BY MISDEE.

misdee · 04/06/2005 20:17

i'll just snooze on them.

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 20:19

no we haven't been out, feel sorry for the kids, they have been in all half term. apart from DS hospital appointment, I think the parents are stupid or something, they must know whats going on, they are so dim if they can't see it. So sick of this,

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 20:25

You can phone them out and I very much doubt they will have a go at you. You can also try scheduling a call out if you don't want to interrupt their weekend etc. so maybe they'll come Monday, or after surgery closes etc.

YES. YOU SHOULD CALL. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEELING AT THE END OF YOUR TETHER.

(Oh, and thank you for replying to my point, Sparkly... I knew you'd be annoyed at not being able to play with the strippers, especially if misdee's too knackered to make full use of the facilities).

(only teasing the two of you. I know how serious (both) your situations are).

X

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 22:33

ok, zipzip has given me lots of advice, there is noone in atm, so I feel at ease. I am sure he isn't living there, but comes round during the day while his parents are at work just to imtimidate us.

OP posts:
spacecadet · 04/06/2005 22:34

hmm, thats not good, obviously if his parents arent in its a perfect oppurtunity, do they have any inkling of what he gets up to when they are not in???

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 22:37

no, I am not sure if they do know, but they will do when the council go there and tell them ..... bit scared of what they will do when they realise we have reported them.....

OP posts:
spacecadet · 04/06/2005 22:40

at the end of the day, wouldnt you want to know if youre kids had been terrorising the neighbours???

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 22:43

yes i would, but as they are adults its scary...... but they have to realise that their kids are doing this and if the don't sort it out they will lose their home, where they ahve lived for 27 years.

exactly, you are doing the right thing.

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 23:01

what happens if he starts on us outside the street? would that be part of the order??

OP posts:
spacecadet · 04/06/2005 23:02

order???

sparklymieow · 04/06/2005 23:05

we\are going to try and get an ASBO put on the family, to stop the antisocial behaviour and for the parents to take responiblity

OP posts:
spacecadet · 04/06/2005 23:09

right in that case they can usually be ordered to stay away from the area, or from within a certain diatance of your house

spacecadet · 04/06/2005 23:14

and standing outside would be in breach of the order, must go to bed, will check in tomorrow.

sparklymieow · 05/06/2005 11:09

parked across the drive again... logged it with the police
