MM very easy to get there. prob about 20 minutes by car so we definitely can meet. I must found out about parking though as last time I met with McC I spent half the time looking for it.

i have found lots of good secret free parking spots (well, two) near golders hill. actually, I have found nothing, one was my husband the other a friend, i am a notoriously rubbish and v nervous driver i would never go actively looking for parking!!!

let's def meet up during the summer hols, they'll be upon us before we know it...

Mccloud I have a km long file called arredamento, in my bookmarks . Living etc has a long list of website, tis very good.

I love retrovious, I periodically spend time drooling at it.

MM, I think there are lots of website selling organic cotton bodysuits etc specifically for little ones with eczema.

at the prices on that site! and what would you want a green metal trolley for??? This makes me laugh as DP's hobby/2nd job used to be picking up furniture finds from sgomberi and the stuff people throw out on the street, doing them up/restoring them and selling them at markets for ££££. I'll have to tell him how much they go for in the UK, it might entice him to try his luck there. He's moved onto more portable stuff now, we've just sold various bits of modernariato inc. a couple of original 60s Flos lamps on ebay. What goes the most here are ugly old English paintings, usually painted by Great Aunt Flo in the 1890s and sold on as "pittura inglese del 900". He made quite a lot of money from those.

Mc I like the drawers etc, but not convinced about the legs. Needs a very well thought room around it or it risks being too "cold" iyswim...
