FairLady, I am begining to realise that it is not all so cut and dried. I was pretty naive and would have probably frowned if I had considered being in this situation.

I suppose all it needs in a relationship is for there to be the slightest degree of change, and suddenly you are going in the opposite direction.

And life over the last two years has changed me so much.

I have no idea what my future holds one way or another, whereas once I was dead certain.

And right now I am even more freaked out, because I just watched ER and a previous character has come back in and he is very much a similar type as this guy, and the bloody storyline...well...it is kinda the was in the past and could have would have kinda thing...that is just freaky, isn't it....

BUt, realistically, I know that where I am I am for a reason and I am happy and stuff...it really isn't about that...I suppose...it just made me ponder and wonder and stuff...

Thanks MamaG! Getting there but just really needing to nap at the moment. Am getting friends to have dd about twice a week. They're being complete stars! Had a bad night though so I was a weepy grumpy old bag this morning! DD woke up just as I was going to bed at half 10 so got to bed nearer midnight, then I woke at about 2 and dd woke up again at about 5

I'm glad you're getting some rest pink, albeit not as much as you'd like to be! Nice ot hear your friends are rallying round as well.

I am decidedly underwhelmed by this snow bizniz.

The roads are fine. I drove DD to nursery (it took 4 hours due to people braking at the sight of every snow flake) and the fuckwads were shut!

They didn't leave a message on their answerphone!

I am seething. My last day of holidays I had planned to actually do something for myself that does not involve sanding / varnish / skin corroding cleaning products. Like have a bath. Or eat. But this will not be happening as DH has left me a list of jobs and taken SD sledding. No doubt he will want me to feed them later but I am going to Make A Stand.

I have 3 chapters of cellular biology stuff to read too by Monday, when am I going to do that (and stand a chance of understanding it) with a 2 year old?

was in work this morning (in teh local clinic, as I would not drive, which was good, because I would have been stuck there), but clinic closed early...
might have my "Boss" (head of department" sleeping over, as she might be stuck
here...so, been on a cleaning frenzy.
Oh, bloody Primary school took ages to announce that they would be closed....which pissed me right off, because I was hanging about, wondering what to dress teh Kids in, and if they needed lunchboxes...so, in the end put them in schoolclothes and packed their lunches, and THAN they announced they would be closed...bastards!

As for my confuddling...still confuddled....but don't really want to break up contact with the guy...it will never lead to anything...but well, we can have fun chatting...but I might regrett that, of course..but will see what happens, really! I might find ot stuff that makes me happy that we never got anywhere, lol...!

OB, that is annoying...grrr...on your behalf...

Village school otoh, the head went over at 5.30, 6.30 and 7.30 to assess situation.
