Just feel for the bird. Especially when all the other classy idiots out there like Jordan criticise her for talking about her cancer to the press to make $$ not like her eh talking to the press about Jade talking about their cancer. That's much less tawdry.....

I don't want to start a debate. But w/r JG. I have a schoolmum friend adn mother of 4, who has just found out her breast cancer has spread into several other areas and is having to sell her family home to cover all the living expenses while she is not earning. (and the rest )
So while I have every sincere sympathy for any woman (especially a mother) with cancer, I have to keep my sorrow closer to home and for someone in whom the media is not interested.

molly, how awful for that mum...cancer really is just a bloody bag of shite....and tbh, all diseases/ conditions/disabilities really are crap....no one should have to go through anything like that...

I seem to have been listening to dd read for hours. She does't seem to mind that i've become distracted. The story does go on though.

God I feel sorry for Jade Goody too. Then I feel relieved and think, thank god mine was found earlier and then I feel bad thinking that and then I think why should I feel bad and then I feel dreadfully sorry for her again and it keeps going round like that today. Poor girl.

Oh Molly...., and agree with the issue over all people who endure the horror of cancer but deal with life in their own quiet way.

JG was undeniably controversial but she is nevertheless a human being and not deserved of such suffering.

It is difficult not to empathise isn't it Guad?

Will consider a namechange....does anybody know the names of any of the rides at Alton Towers.

Oh and no I am not american...have always called my mum 'mom'.

But I have to hurry up and mop the floor while my dh is out at the post office. (we are really lucky that our post office close 11 pm....)

He will blow a fuse if he catches me mop the floor. He is insisting we should get a cleaner.

The thing is, people dont have cleaners around here. He still has a lot to learn regards to living here. Tis just not London. We have -9 degrees here now
