Hi. Just wanted to say that my DS1 has a casting on Monday already and only went to see AK 2 weeks ago!!

Anyone else got castings/jobs coming up?

DD's casting went well she had lots of fun and it seems like now it will really start as she's already been called for yet another casting tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Cant help but think that they forgot about her, not that it matters as they're obviously doing their job now but still...

3kids1cat-Depend's on the client the casting is for and also whether it's tv or photographic, my dd just used to get it put into her account with other payment's when they arrived. Alway's make sure you ask the agency before going whether or not you'll get a casting fee and just make a note of it

No not necessarily Some photographic work maybe, but that's about it

If Dora was with nickjr, then you shoould get paid for it - saying that I'm still waiting on one from april so hope you don't need it in a hurry. To add more confusion to it I've always been under the impression that request castings are paid generallly and open castings not.

It probably is that way mummyeme, I remember my DD's were all requested one's when little, who know's, just have to make sure you clarify it with the agency before you go just so you know where you stand

It said on the email for the last casting that there was a fee. I just wondered as I haven't given the agency any bank details for Dd's account.

Just got call. DD been accepted by UAN -SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY.

casting fee is £18. Tis unusual not to be paid for castings. They should tell you at call if you are not being paid, then you have choice to go or not.

H&M don't normally pay a casting fee, they have open castings usually in london hotels.

Does anyone know if UAN are sole rep.

u/a sole rep and the owner has been known to check other agents site to make sure you not with others

3kids, casting fee is normally £18, and dont worry if you havent given your childs bank details, Alysia will just send a cheque

hey well done melody.

my ds1 did disney few years ago. I have to say, they worked them hard, (was 4 at time)

they enjoyed it though and got nice goodie bags.
