sorry have been too busy at work to post and couldn't get on MN at home last night .

Squonk - Hope dd2 is feeling better today, sending her a marmite hug from darn sarfff.

Fred - Hope dh is back to fitness soon

Scottishmummy - good to see you here again, thank you for your kind words.

Tis very quiet here as 3/4 of company have buggered off to Spain for a sales conference, no relaxing for me though as I have so much work to do after being off last week .

I was just going to immediately post asking why dp was off work today but decided to read through your health thread first only to properly find out what whats been happening.

Hope she improves today and dp isn't too annoying/helpful .

I have no other news to report either other than I am looking forward to my Pampered Chef party tonight .

evening all

dd2 seems a lot better right now. Hopefully she is better, and not just having a good spell. Have bought a digital thermometer so I can keep a proper record of her temp in my notebook (anything to buy new stationery ) It has been quite worrying, if I'm honest - her temp has been through the roof and calpol/ibuprofen has not been bringing it down!

marmite - pampered chef sounds fab! have a lovely time.

phono - what can I say! eurch! you poor thing sinusitis is absolutely horrible, hope it gets better soon, and the docs find out what's wrong with you.

egg has her father visiting tonight so probably won't sign in today.

off to check out what I've missed today...

Hello Z's! Oh I have missed you... Dad has just left. Had a lovely lovely time with him here, DS1 was on top form yesterday in the sunshine and played outside so nicely. Bless him.

Gosh it seems ages. Squonk so glad DD2 is doing ok and on the mend. I hate high temps they scare me a lot. DS1 (touch wood)is rarely ill ill, just coughs and colds all the time.

Phono you poor thing, you sound like you are really suffering. Hope you get yourself sorted (maybe some nice drugs?). I keep getting colds etc but only because I don't eat enough fruit and veg and I never get a nice full night's sleep. On that note though, DD didn't wake til 5:05am last night and I had to wake DS2 at 7:30am! I think it was after effects of jabs though as they are still v sleepy (and grumpy) today.

Off to quickly read Feb thread too while I have the chance.

I spoke too soon about dd2 being better she's not.

And I'll be cancelling my hair appt! Not leaving her while she's like this, so my hair's going to have to be long, dry and straggly for a bit longer.

It seems that dd2 has a chest infection. She has ABs and the doc thinks we should start to see an improvement by tomorrow. If she's no better by Saturday, we've to take her to the hospital.

I feel so relieved that we have some kind of an answer, and instructions on what to do next.

DS1 in bed at 6:30 tonight. No nap at nursery today so exhausted and a bit teary.

DS2 in bed at 7pm.

DD still here. Had to change her sleepsuit as she puked a bit. Taking her up now.

Right. Everyone in bed. DD might cry tho. DS2 went to sleep without a peep bless him. He is being a model child today. Unlike DD, who has already had 5 feeds, when she should have only had 4.

dd2 been up all night coughing, but she's gone to sleep now. Her temp seems cooler, so we're hoping that this is a good sign.

Urgh my teeth are starting to hurt. Is it because I am subconsciously thinking about the dentist? I like going to the dentist! Am taking DS1 with me to show him how it's done.

Hi all - I am feeling more than fine today. I went out last night to a shop's open night where they showcased their new seasons stock....we were pampered with bucks fizz, champagne or orange juice and gorgeous canapes (I couldn't stop eating them )
Then they held a raffle and I won !!! - £200 gift card to buy clothes from the shop!!!

This morning dd3 had milk at 7.10am and then slept again until 9.45... (So did I)

Phono - sorry you had horrible sinusitus - I have that from time to time and I ahte the way when you lean forward your face detaches from your head...
Squonk - so relieved about dd2, poor little thing, she's really had things bad hasn't she?

Egg - I took dd3 to the dentist for her very own appt last week and she was sooooo good. Previously she has taken all stickers with clamped jawed refusal to show teeth. This time she proudly sat in chair and showed her gleaming gnashers off!! The dentist said her teeth were fantastic

Dd2 just woke up so have brought her down to the settee. She has been very good and had two lots of medicine and is now coughing behind me.

Have cancelled hair appointment and re-made it for the same time next week, so I won't be posting a pic of me shorn any time really soon.

Ds being a little love - he keeps kissing dd2 and "helping" her

oooh Squonk, i'm getting excited about your haircut!! another week to wait now!!!

I know, fred. They did offer me a Wednesday afternoon appt, but I would have had to take both the littlies with me, so absolutely not possible at all!

Hello Zs (to borrow Eggs phrase ),

sorry for my absence, have been very busy in RL (and being stepford marmite ).

I returned to Rosemary conley class last night, I have put 5lb on over the last 2 months and my mum now weighs less than me .

Nothing else exciting to report from marmite land although we are going over to SILs tonight for her birthday (although I know she doesn't really want to celebrate this year ). We are going out on a girlie trip to Pizza express tomorrow night as well.

Squonk - Glad dd2 is showing some improvement, hope it continues.

Phono - Hope you are feeling better soon.

Egg - Nice to have you back, Glad dcs are behaving themselves-ish.
