That will never happen Helen, I'm too lazy
Got back late last night, had a vacation day today also, absolutely knackered, might have something to do with Fräsan not leaving me alone during the night, I think she missed me
We saw a lot of police cars, choppers, portable toilets in Hyde Park etc but nothing of the actual coronation thingy. Will catch up on TV. We went shopping on Portobello Road in the rain instead. One seller on the market commented on the weather as "a hex from Lady Di"
There was a protest going on at the same road as our hotel, several police cars around, I asked the receptionist about it and it's been going on for a year now, so he thought it was "a bit annoying" as he put it
I think Pakistans former Prime Minister is living in a house down the street and the protesters want him to go back to Pakistan and sort out stuff there or something.
Was lovely to meet up with Fancy in the company of cake and cats. Time just flew by. Feel sorry for Fancy trying to figure out my thick accent, I feel like I haven't spoken English in years
We hade great luck with restaurants each evening, first a traditional pub which was very cute and I'm doing my best to "spread the message of Pimms" so two of my friends also tried it and was over the moon about it
The next evening we went to an Italian restaurant that was very nice and very nice waitress.
The last evening we ended up at an Indian restaurant with outdoor seating with great food and also chatted a bit with some locals at the next table. Very nice
