We have done nothing about Christmas cards. I may take a Covid waiver on them this year.

We are watching Doctor Who, then I'm planning on bath and bed. Except we seem to be binging Doctor Who, so it will just be bed at this rate.

In good news, I got dressed today, and have been up and about since 11am. This is progress

Have had our work Christmas lunch today, very pleasant, should probably spend the evening doing Christmas shopping online. I ought to do the Christmas cards too, but it's too dark in the fridge for that.....

The weather has been nondescript here I think. Just cloudy all day, but very wet underfoot. There was another 1cm rain overnight.

Work went well enough, so I'll be back to full hours next week.

Morning all. There was sunshine here, but it's clouded over. In theory, I'm out of isolation today, but I don't feel like gadding about the place, so I'll probably spend most of my day on the sofa or maybe pootling about in the garden. And there's laundry to do as well.

Commiserations on the glitter apricot, I've had that problem with glittery wrapping paper before

I've been told to use the hoover to put KillerKitten off the tree - park hoover under/behind the tree, plug it in next to the chair of whoever is in the room at the time, and then turn the hoover on whenever the tree is getting interest. May give that a go.

I did the washing, but not much else today.

An up and down day. The lie in didn’t have any effect on DS2’s attitude and he’s been a narky little so and so on and off all day.

Got a bit more shopping done and some cards delivered. I keep redoing the gift list but it doesn’t seem to be getting much smaller.

Our tree will be coming down from the loft after the new windows have gone in. Hope Fancy got a tree. Take as long as you need to decide when you’re out. No reason
