Afternoon. Cloudy and warm again, but the sun's trying to come out now.

The funeral was fine, although being pretty close to 29 other people I don't know is a bit disquieting. I did manage to find 5 of my cousins which was nice.

We've watched In Plain Sight LetUs, it's good. I like Martin Compston and Douglas Henshall, they're both good actors.

Morning, We still have the same duvet-inspiring weather as yesterday. I did head up for the hayloft early, but diverted into the trough and wallowed there for too long, then came down to find that CuteKitten had been banished for bad behaviour and needed food and cuddles. So it got even later...

Have been feeling rather more lively today thanks - had to get a phone consultation with the GP though as the mozzie bite from over a week ago flared right up yesterday & a red rash was marching across my arm So now I have antibiotics. FFAS.

Did have a nice bonus though - the friend who picked up the prescription for me slipped a pack of biscuits in the bag. Biscuits would have been bonus enough, but these were some of my favourites

Glad that the crem & birthdays went well & hope that wenches are enjoying the tennis/kittens as appropriate.

Yay for surreptitious biscuits Fingers crossed the bite settling down asap.

The weather did improve, but not massively. Definitely not lounger weather.

FridayNightSportingActivity was cancelled due to covidness of instructor - or that they're having to isolate, or some such. So we had a film night and watched Minority Report. It would have been improved without the soundtrack of galloping StupidKitten and growling StupidCat I have banished the former to the kitchen for being a bitey little sod.

I watched a bit of the tennis LetUs and decided that it wouldn't be an enjoyable match to carry on watching. Unless you were neutral, since Murray's opponent was playing some cracking tennis.

Arm is bloody itchy but looking a little less red, which feels positive.
If the rain holds off today I should get some weeding done as it's so much easier when the ground is soft.

Viewing at 12, she loved it and made a bid at once and we signed the contract at 16. So it went really fast

Symptoms in general are easing & I'm feeling pretty good thank. Still get a bit tired at times, but am sleeping very well at night, which is great.

I. Am. Knackered. Fortunately the rain stopped for the unloading. The house is gorgeous. Bits and pieces to do and the obligatory decorating but there’s lots of time for that. Also, the obligatory moving in lunch of fish and chips from a local chippy
