Seems to be sunny here. We might have run out of rain after the amount we had last night. Ironing, visiting, jigsaw, homework wrangling.

It's astonishing how wet you can get when you're gardening in just 2mm of rain for 5-10 minutes.

Still plenty of rain left here, washing just had an extra rinse. Should be doing some cleaning, but not very motivated. I need a cleaner, preferably one who can rock a pair of marigolds as well as Mitchell

Afternoon. Sunshine and showers again. It's going to be the wettest May on record apparently.

Went a walk round the garden earlier to see what was out, very squelchy.

Evening. Horsing was very brief and just a tidy-up visit to the field. Other than that I have been wrecking my back in the garden. On the plus side, the beans are well watered in (1.2 cm) and the flower beds are weeded. Our garden is very squelchy too Apricot.

I also made DH help me tidy, which mainly seemed to involve him doing half a job and getting grumpy when I asked him to finish it. But he made a lovely pie for tea, so I'll forgive the grumpiness

I haven't got round to Motherhood et - though I did see a clip of the 'nit infestation' presentation on FB, which made me Has anyone seen Starstruck on BBC3? I've only seen the first episode so far but it was very entertaining.

Much rain here again too. NiceColleague has got flooding where they are.

The nit episode was excellent. I was scratching my head when I was watching it I think I saw half an episode of Starstruck which I enjoyed, but I was tired and went to bed.
